As he offered to take a call at the end of that video, I called and to my surprise and delight, he not only talked with me but gave me practical guidance - which I was struggling to get prior to his call! Given the circumstances (geography), we aren't certain that he can represent our case. However, he was gracious and gave me time anyway - who does this anymore!?!?! I'm so impressed with him!!! I will update this review if we are fortunate enough for Jeffrey Peltz to represent our interests as I'm confident we'd get very high-quality representation.

So, everyone knows squatters are a thing, but to actually deal with the situation is daunting to say the least. On top of that, this case was very complex and multiple other firms I contacted were unsure of how to proceed. I contacted Lawrence Centanni and he immediately understood the situation and was able to guide on the next steps. I then worked closely with Eileen, another attorney at the firm, who was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this area. Both attorneys were involved and made time to advise and represent throughout the process. The entire office was friendly, and anytime I called, someone answered promptly. The firm also communicated effectively via email. Overall, the process was smooth and I couldn't have done this without their team. Seriously, thank you to everyone involved.
