When I was saying that I was asked by my family to stay in the house until closing for security she repeated back oh yes they said you wanted to stay in the house for tax purposes. I don't know how on earth anyone would confuse those 2 statements. As far as scheduling it's like talking in the Twilight Zone I'm asking her for a specific time like 10 AM she repeats back okay I'll Put you in at 5 PM. And whenever my appointment time rolled around I got no phone call. When I called them back at 10:30 AM to tell them I had no call she said oh I see you're here for 6:30 PM. I asked her how and why did that happen well she said was I don't know how that happened. Then she really must seriously be close to being brain dead. So this is happening on a Monday so I was gonna try to get another slot another day she decided oh let me put you in for Friday which was the beginning of a 3 day holiday weekend 5 days away and she tells me I'm gonna put you in a place where it's wide open and nothing is interfering. So that tells me Regina thinks very little of intake and clients that if there's just too many appointments she'll just blow some of them off. Now getting back to that Friday appointment this legal assistant is telling me well I see there's nothing else happening after 12:30 on Friday so I'll put you At 1 o'clock. Now only a stupid brain dead person would not see that all her appointments are closed after 12:30 on a Friday of a 3 day weekend that means Regina is leaving the office if she can't figure that out not only does she not belong in the law field she does not belong in a workplace. So that tells me a lot about this law office. They're fired already.

I had a buyer lined up and ready to go, so it was lawyer time. Great! And they're cheap, how complicated could a straightforward apartment sale be for a company that obviously churns them out? The problem came when my buyer got spooked by some of the language in the contract they received. I don't know if it was their lawyers being dumb, or something the Levin firm had done because NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME. It's even possible they were doing some kind of amazing job behind the scenes, but I'd never have known it. Because: I literally never got any contact with an actual lawyer. I called, I emailed, I had my broker call and email. Nothing. This despite the promises they make on their website. In fact, I'd probably let it all go if they didn't guarantee in writing that you will have a lawyer's phone number and be able to contact one directly when you need to, because that is NOT the case.
