Well due to lack of communication, paperwork kept getting misplaced and not filed by Paralegal Kylee; our case was finalized in less than 24 months. I ended up having to contact law office every week to make sure our case kept rolling. If not, case would keep sitting on desk and not get filed on a timely manner. Overall I am satisfied case is finally closed. However, with the lack of communication and repeated broken promises from this office our experience was horrible.

I was recently asked to become the executor of my neighbor's estate. Her existing estate executor…read moredeveloped dementia, so she felt the need to change her executor to my wife and I. Mr. Meredith drafted the will and estate documents for my neighbor in 2012. I reached out to Mr. Meredith on October 27th, 2018 to establish a line of communication to indicate the updated wishes of my neighbor (she is 83 years young, and a three time cancer survivor). We were able to setup a call for November 2nd at 3PM; however, we never received a call at this time. After e-mailing Mr. Meredith and his assistant, we finally received the call around 4:10-15PM to confirm my neighbor's request was valid. I have sent two follow-up e-mails, and placed a phone call since the November 2nd discussion to get an ETA on seeing a draft of the new documents. It is now November 29th, and we have not received any documents from Mr. Meredith. Literally, a change that would take about 10 minutes of using "Find - Replace" in the word document was not a priority for Mr. Meredith or his staff for a returning client. I've since decided to enlist the services of another estate planning attorney. Thankfully, said attorney found an oversight in the will produced by Mr. Meredith (the will never named a Trustee of her estate). Highly disappointing. I would not personally recommend Meredith, PC based upon this experience.

I am former client of Robinson & Kardonsky P.S. and my experience with this law firm was just very-very bad. I wish I had never come to them; or ever known about this law firm. In a fact, I did not have significant immigration problems before I arrived at their office, but this law firm created them for me, took my money, and "washed their hands". To "cover" their unprofessional actions they started blame me and lie to me. The other shock was to me was when I was twice proposed to by this firm to "fake" documents or get documents "fast for SOME extra money" for submission to the US government from a untrustworthy online resources located abroad. This is totally irresponsible and unprofessional people who created me a lot of immigration issues. Gerard and his partners absolutely hurt my case and showed a high level irresponsibly; made a lot of mistakes filling out the forms of documents; ignored requests of US immigration services; and gave me a completely wrong advice. They ignored the obvious facts and as a result have caused great damage to me. JOHN DREWRY is not capable of independent work and is not an experienced lawyer. He follows Gerard's recommendations, which are not always correct. The result of their unprofessional actions - I have lost all documents and am at risk of deportation. But before coming to this law firm I was absolutely legal. Hope my review will help someone.
