Enter Jerry and Diana. They found a quality nursing home close to my residence in Allen & also in compliance with Texas guidelines they were able to protect their hard earned assets. They've supported me & my family for many years and have been in my corner since Day 1. Diana and Jerry are great to work with. Both are professional and personable. Their preparedness for handling stressful situations put me at ease even during times when I was caught off guard by Medicaid's paperwork. I didn't always return the required paperwork in a timely manner, but no fret, Diana and Jerry were still able to get both my parents approved. They easily got my mom renewed/approved for Medicaid for 11 consecutive years & until her passing in November 2019. They also took on my dad's case as he transitioned into a nursing home too and I was grateful for that as well. Even after his passing in January Diana followed up to help me settle up with Medicaid & make sure there wouldn't be any issues going forward.

Justified that amount with it representing three months of care and after that Medicaid would pay for my spouse's future care. Enter the IRS. Do your research before diving into this process. Be sure of the amount of your assets that will be taxable. Do the math and double check your numbers. I liquidated a very large amount, representating over 35 years of building a legacy for my children. As fast as you can say 1040, the IRS is very likely going to present you with a costly surprise. My asset liquidation accrued over $300K in taxes, all of which was due April 15, 2026. Now I'm a delinquent taxpayer. Yes, this firm can do the job for you, but don't expect any personal recommendations or advice. After paying their fee, you are on your own to settle up with the IRS. Professionals who offer a service are only obliged to collect their fee and perform your requested task. Nothing more. It has certainly the biggest lession I have ever learned. Too bad I'm 83 and probably won't ever again benefit from my mistakes anymore. I'm sad that I two daughters and one granddaughter with Cerbral Palsy will never have the legacy I planned so many years to leave to them.

In a fact, I did not have significant immigration problems before I arrived at their office, but this law firm created them for me, took my money, and "washed their hands". To "cover" their unprofessional actions they started blame me and lie to me. The other shock was to me was when I was twice proposed to by this firm to "fake" documents or get documents "fast for SOME extra money" for submission to the US government from a untrustworthy online resources located abroad. This is totally irresponsible and unprofessional people who created me a lot of immigration issues. Gerard and his partners absolutely hurt my case and showed a high level irresponsibly; made a lot of mistakes filling out the forms of documents; ignored requests of US immigration services; and gave me a completely wrong advice. They ignored the obvious facts and as a result have caused great damage to me. JOHN DREWRY is not capable of independent work and is not an experienced lawyer. He follows Gerard's recommendations, which are not always correct. The result of their unprofessional actions - I have lost all documents and am at risk of deportation.
