Specifically, Christopher Henry and Olivia Ponce, who were assigned to represent me, were grossly unprepared for court. Their lack of knowledge of the eviction process was glaring. It was clear from the outset that they had not done their homework, as they fumbled basic questions and failed to present crucial evidence to support my case.
