For a relatively straightforward case, with majority of items being handled and agreed by the ex-spouse prior to the 4hrs of mediation. The escalation of cost has been addressed and asked for how much more it is going to cost, just for the number to keep going past said amounts. There were moments where I felt my case wasn't being handled with the care or precision it deserved. Even after emailing the about the status and items that needed to be changed and/or was completely incorrect on my case. If you're considering Nelson Law Group, I strongly advise setting firm expectations up front and staying actively involved to ensure your case gets the attention it needs--and that your money is being well spent.
