"Peace of mind." -There is a money exchange (I didn't use it and don't know how it works), I didn't see a person there, just an ATM machine. Bad things about it: -It is a bit pricey, especially on the weekends. -The money exchange was closed today (Saturday). This lot is less than a block away from the Las Americas Outlets (San Ysidro Outlets), so if you don't want to pay, you can park at the outlets for 5-8hours for free. I've parked there before with no issues. I just don't know if the paid lot is worth the money for the peace of mind. Even though it is gated, people can still come in and out even if they don't have a vehicle parked there, all they have to do is get into your vehicle and paid the exit fee and there goes your vehicle. So there you go! Make your choice!

However, my uncle mentioned that he had used their services before, so I decided to give them a try. The parking lot is in a very isolated area, but it looks well-maintained and supervised. We left our Honda here for five days while traveling to Tijuana through CBX and paid only $78. Overall, we had a great experience! Our car was left in good hands and was exactly how we left it when we returned, with no damage. Shuttle service: * Pickup: Smooth and easy, with no long wait. * Drop-off: Fast and convenient. * Driver: Professional enough, and we had no issues with him, unlike some of the experiences mentioned in other reviews. The only downside is that they are not affiliated with CBX, so they cannot drop you off directly at the check-in area. You have to walk approximately half a mile from the CBX entrance to check-in. It's not a terrible walk, but if you have a lot of luggage, I recommend using one of the CBX luggage carts. Despite my initial concerns from reading the negative reviews, everything went smoothly. The service was reliable, the price was reasonable, and most importantly, our car was safe and unharmed! I would definitely use their parking service again and recommend giving them a chance!

The $1 dollar amount exchanged with no commission is under the "BUY" in red sign [example $20.47=$1.00] converted into pesos [$SELL=?.??] is what YOU get depending amount giving, so do the math on how much needed when you get there. The different shops and restaurants have a variety of price ranges, so there is something for everyone to choose from. There are also two movie theaters which are quite popular. I come here whenever I want to catch a movie or shop at Sears since they closed down the ones I used to shop at in the U.S. They also have live music playing sometimes or clown shows with gifts for children. I have experienced great customer service across all establishments I've been to in this shopping center. People of all ages can enjoy their time here.

When we returned, we gave the shuttle a call & they came to pick us up in literally 5 minutes. All the workers were extremely nice and parking is much more affordable than the CBX. Just a note that they can't drop you off directly in front of the CBX entrance so be prepared to walk 5-10 minutes (not Chia parkings fault- this is a CBX rule they have to follow). All in all, this was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely use them again!

For the amount they charge, I expected my vehicle to be in a reasonably secure location. Coming back from a trip to find damage consistent with an attempted break-in was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable. If you're considering leaving your vehicle here for several days, please be cautious. I certainly will not be parking here again.
