"Peace of mind." -There is a money exchange (I didn't use it and don't know how it works), I didn't see a person there, just an ATM machine. Bad things about it: -It is a bit pricey, especially on the weekends. -The money exchange was closed today (Saturday). This lot is less than a block away from the Las Americas Outlets (San Ysidro Outlets), so if you don't want to pay, you can park at the outlets for 5-8hours for free. I've parked there before with no issues. I just don't know if the paid lot is worth the money for the peace of mind. Even though it is gated, people can still come in and out even if they don't have a vehicle parked there, all they have to do is get into your vehicle and paid the exit fee and there goes your vehicle. So there you go! Make your choice!

The folks are friendly and they will take you to and pick you up from either the CBX bridge or Otay Mesa crossing as part of the parking fees. It's just a minivan but they addressed what I needed fo a fair price. The English skills may not be great with some employees but I did take Spanish in high school (LOL). And, when you call them to get picked up to return to the lot, they ask for your ticket number so they have your car pulled up ready to go (after you pay). I only needed parking for a day but it looks like they get many more longer term customers that fly out of Tijuana.

The $1 dollar amount exchanged with no commission is under the "BUY" in red sign [example $20.47=$1.00] converted into pesos [$SELL=?.??] is what YOU get depending amount giving, so do the math on how much needed when you get there. The different shops and restaurants have a variety of price ranges, so there is something for everyone to choose from. There are also two movie theaters which are quite popular. I come here whenever I want to catch a movie or shop at Sears since they closed down the ones I used to shop at in the U.S. They also have live music playing sometimes or clown shows with gifts for children. I have experienced great customer service across all establishments I've been to in this shopping center. People of all ages can enjoy their time here.

It was easy to check in, the driver was very nice, gave us recommendations of where to visit across the border. He also took us to the border so we could walk across. A few feet away from the actual border and gave us instructions since it was our first time visiting. At pick up they offered to pick us up from the border once we walked across. Getting our vehicle was easy, hassle free and our car was found as we left it, nothing missing from it. We will definitely pick chia parking again on our next trip.

The Chia staff worker SAID TO ME, multiple times, that I could not speak to the manager BECAUSE THE MANAGER DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. The driver was on the phone with the manager, but I was not allowed to speak to the manager until I said I spoke a little Spanish. That was a very short conversation and at NO TIME did the manager mention a refund. As the guy who arrived with the keys was locking up the building, I said, wait, I need to speak to the manager to get some kind of refund after this and he looked at me, shook his head, locked the building and walked away. At no point in time was I ever offered any kind of refund in spite of requesting AT LEAST 3 TIMES. The staff said to me, multiple times, we're just workers, we don't care. I had tipped the driver, and actually asked him to return the tip which I have never done in my life, but when a worker straight up tells me, I don't care, I just work here, they don't deserve a tip. To his credit, he did return it. I weigh 105 pounds, am a Senior citizen, standing outside for almost 2 hours to get my car back, in the middle of an industrial park at the border in the dark. NO this is not a secure situation, completely created by YOUR parking lot procedure. Driving home at 11 pm vs 9 pm DOES create a security issue. I had to pull over at 1 am in a lousy neighborhood to get gas. Nothing was open anymore. I woke up my entire family at 2 am when I finally got home. YOUR WORKER SWORE AT ME multiple times (one of the workers, not both). That was on your video, but you left it out in your response. Yes, I had a positive experience last year. And so I had every reason to expect one again. What happened to me should NEVER, EVER happen to a paying customer. HORRIBLE experience. But you got your money, and that's all you care about. Folks, DO NOT PARK HERE. It ruined the final stage of what had been a fantastic trip to Mexico.

I told him I understood what the signs said, but I had specifically asked about overnight when I first arrived, otherwise I would've parked elsewhere. Reluctantly, he brought the price down to $90. I'm never parking here again. Attendants make up their own rules and rates as they go. Lack of professionalism and clearly just in it for the profit.
