Talk about an outstanding customer experience, and this was auto service? This is what auto service should be like...WOW! Chris , the Manager, greeted me promptly(didn't even have to get out of the car), gave me the options for the different oil services they have and let ME decide! I left the car with them cause I had to get to an appointment, he did offer to do it while I waited in about 25 minutes(they were really busy). They called me to tell me the car was ready and I proceeded to the shop. Chris greeted me again and told me everything looked good and suggested I keep an eye on a few items but all was good and they were there for me if I had any questions. To top it off, they did a FREE alignment check and showed me the specs and talked to me about my tires and how it all worked together. Great Service and great value, I'll be back. Koodos to Chris and his team of GOOD and HONEST Mechanics!

The glaring problem is that it's dirty. The outside of the plaza has an overflowing garbage can and mysterious stains on the concrete path. Now for the worst part. The Washrooms! Toilet stalls with used ? on the floor. At least one stall out of order. The sinks are disgusting. No soap. Dirty taps. There are employees trying to keep up with the cleaning but it's too far gone. We always stop here on the way to the cottage. What about tourists first time in our beautiful region? What is happening? Please have a senior executive drop in unannounced. Do better.

BUYER BEWARE!! MOHAMED BUTCHERED MY BMW!! I dealt with the…read moreowner directly and he agreed to replace the oil filter housing on my beautiful 2018 BMW 330i. He completely butchered all the sensor wires because he messed up and clearly didn't know what he was doing. He ran the wiring harness in the wrong direction and had to add wire in and caused misfiring in my engine and all kinds of different sensor error codes. He zip tied the wires to anything he could. Because of his lack of knowledge and professionalism the re-wiring he completed shorted one of my modules. I took my car to Georgian BMW right after and they confirmed they did a botch job with photo evidence. They wrote everything JB Tire Tec did in detail in the invoice. This cost me over $3300 to fix. He is not responding to any of our text messages. We can see the read receipts and he is completely ignoring us and not taking any responsibility. Shame on him! Do not ever do business with this man. He will ruin your vehicle and cost you thousands of dollars. Look at the photos the dealership sent me. Its absolutely gut wrenching to see this kind of work done to your BMW.

I drive on average 6000 kms/year). I started receiving notifications on July 1. The oil was changed on April 1. GCOC took over from Oil Changers several years ago. I had been changing the oil on several of my vehicles since the start of 2000. No more. Very shady and they have the nerve to ask for a tip when I cash out! Will be taking my business elsewhere.
