I'm a 28 year old female and they watch me the WHOLE time I'm in the store, as if I was a 8 year old!! The last straw was today! The woman working was eating right at the register. She had this stinky meal and actually burped at me as I was paying at the till. THEN just as I was leaving she said to me very loudly in front of everyone (approx 8-10 people)..."By the way Miss, I saw you take that chocolate bar and put it in your purse!" I WAS LIVID!! Not only was this a complete and total lie, but she did this so everyone in the store would hear it. She did it purely to embarrass me!!! I went right back up to her and emptied my entire purse right in front of her and everyone else in line. I then emptied my pockets as well, so she could see that she was full of crap!! She didn't even apologize to me for her "mistake" instead said that I must be hiding it somewhere else. I left in absolute disgust and anger! 3 other customers left with me. One said as they left that they couldn't believe how evil and unnecessary her actions where. I'm telling everyone please AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! No one deserves to be treated like I was.

There is also lots of free parking for anyone who is waiting for a flight to arrive and a convenient car wash to polish up the car before picking up , which was added a few years ago. Gas used to be a few pennies cheaper than other gas stations ( sadly not anymore but it was a great way to bring people to go here instead ). Staff wise.. they used to be a lot friendlier than they are now. The other night I went in and not only did they not say the usual greeting but even at the till , the cashier rang up my purchase and never said anything. When I asked if he can toast my purchased sub, he pointed at the microwave and said " Use the microwave ". .. umm OK.. So in other words.. cant be bothered with serving the customer. Good thing I didnt buy a pizza and being told to put it in the microwave. This guy couldnt care less. The place is very clean though .. and yes I even checked the bathroom ( if its messy, you know how the staff treat the place ). But like I said.. it's a convenient location for a quick bite and fill up the tank with free parking .

This convenience store is steps away from my home, but for the most part, I do avoid it. It is a…read moregood place to stop and get gas or something to drink, but I don't buy anything perishable from here. I find that most times that the candy I have bought from there was stale. One time I bought a pack of nibs (you know, that CHEWY licorice stuff..) and the candy was so hard I couldn't bite into it. Umm... No. Other than the not-so-fresh candy, this place is fine by me. If I am getting a pop, some water or gassing up, this place is fine by me, but I won't even bother spending the 99 cents on a bag of chips that will be stale.

Moosi's is right in my old neighborhood and I would stop here while jogging. It looks a tad sketchy from the outside and is a tad sketchy when you go in. If I do pay at the pump, it gives me a receipt! I don't have to line up inside after to get one, WHAT a concept. Some items, ie milk, are cheaper than grocery stores...how, I don't know. The owner is very friendly and helpful- I think he also owns the Granada Blvd location. There is even a place to go upstairs and sit with a coffee and paper if you'd like, and the sandwiches and wraps are better quality than I would expect from a gas station. If you find Mac's competitors as frustrating as I do, make stopping here a habit. Oh there's also more slurpee and pop machines than I've ever seen in a store, so that will be great for summer.

This is the ultimate gas station (on the southside that is)! I was passing by one night and saw the…read moresign "Open 24 hours now"- that's a good start. I decided to try it, even though my usual gas station of choice would be Shell. I like how they have new pumps which are entirely blue. It is a nice change from the usual red or black color you see at other gas stations. There are 12 pumps, so a lot of people can be accomodated. I was also impressed that their car wash was also open 24 hours. Few car washes in the city are open for this period of time, granted the temperatures are reasonable. What I was most impressed with was their drive-thru Tim Horton's...also open 24 hours! Sure you can go to the one across the street, but it's very convenient since you're already there. I realize this location will not stay 'new' forever, however there are a lot of convenient services located at one location, making it one of the best Esso's I have been to in the city.
