A while back, when construction on the roads was happening, it changed how you turn into the gas station. If you are coming from the east, driving westbound along Stouffville Road, you need to turn left at the intersection, and then another left into the gas station. In the past, you could just turn left once. It's a bit of an inconvenience, but it is what it is. There are many gas pumps. The problem these days is that the gas price at this specific location tends to be two to three cents cheaper than most in York region, so you may have to wait to fill your car's gas tank. I picked up a habit of getting a banana popsicle at this convenience store whenever I'm here. It's only $1 and it makes me happy. Staff are always happy whenever I stop in. (117)

Located at the southern border of Stouffville, just north of Markham and east of Richmond Hill, this Petro-Canada station is usually 1 to 2 cents lower than regular price. The discount is no match to the 7-cent discount in Vaughan, but it is better than nothing. The store is a typical Petro-Canada otherwise. You can enter the station when you go north bound on Woodbine by-Pass or east bound on Stouffville Road. The traffic islands prevent you from exiting the station and turn south or west. It is an inconvenience, as I must go north to Tim Horton and make a U turn to go south to return to Markham.

This station was marked as 211.9 17 mins ago, so we were headed to another at 208.9. As we drove by, we noticed it said 204.9 so we quickly u-turned into it. Then the one across the street suddenly dropped to 206.9. Lucky timing for us! The gas pumped worked exactly as expected for an Esso station. I didn't check on anything else since we were in a rush. There is an attached gas station called "Corner Store". I never heard of this brand name. It could be a name they use with Husky gas stations. Anyways, The staff here is very friendly and they work fast! So they usually clear up the line very quickly. The bathroom is always clean. The Tim Horton here are usually busy in the morning, with fresh coffee. Tips: There's a back road behind this gas station that can take you directly to the Yonge-Stouffville intersection.

This is one of the largest Esso stations I've ever been to that isn't at an ONRoute or similar…read morestyle rest stop area off of a major multi lane highway. It includes 12 passenger vehicle pump stations as well as a separate commercial cardlock station for larger vehicles. This 24 hour fuel station includes a Country Style kiosk as well as an LCBO convenience outlet. Not sure how I feel about having such easy access to alcohol and spirits at a gas station but it wouldn't be the first one I've seen in rural Ontario. There is a large lot where a commercial vehicles can park and truck drivers can take a break.

Even with a large tea from ZeeV's and a grande iced peach green tea from Starbucks in my car, I had consumed both. I was still thirsty driving home from Casino Rama. I needed a drink. I pulled off highway 404 and found this Circle K open just before midnight. It's located on the northeast corner of Woodbine and 16th avenues. I pulled in. Here's my beef. Perhaps it was too dark, but I circled (no pun intended, but it's cool nonetheless) around the gas pumps at this Esso station and did not see any designated parking spots if you were just going into the convenience store. How annoying! I ended up doing something that I dislike doing. I parked in front of a gas pump. I felt that my car would be safe there, even though I didn't need any gas. I then walked into the convenient store. I had a coupon for a free Pepsi Zero. This store did not carry it. Ugh! Instead, I saw Dreamworld Coke. I had heard about it, but had never tried it. I got one. I also had a coupon for a free Caramilk bar, so I ultimately grabbed one when I got to the counter. A nice male customer in front of me was looking at candy. He asked if I wanted to go ahead of him. I let him know that I was also looking at the Caramilk bar varieties just behind him. It all worked out. I needed the time to figure out what my Caramilk flavour options were and I wasn't in any rush. I got to the countersand got a helpful man. He said that he would be rebooting his payment system at noon. I looked at my watch and it was two minutes before that. I felt like my carriage and glass slippers would disappear soon, but I didn't have any of them. I had him scan my Caramilk barcode on my phone. Done! He said that I could get another Coke product and do two of them for $4.50. I let him know that I'd get another Dreamworld one. He asked if I had any other coupons. I mentioned that I had a car wash one, as this station had a rather bright car wash at this hour. He said that his system couldn't spit a car wash ticket out at this hour. That was okay. I'd redeem it another time. He was kind telling me how the car wash worked. It was as if he knew that I am a newbie to Circle K car washes. I appreciated it. I had my PC Optimum card scanned. I then tapped my credit card to pay for my drinks. All was well. I let him know that I'd grab another bottle of Dreamworld Coke. He nodded. I grabbed and thanked him. He wished me a good evening. I reciprocated and walked towards my car. My salted caramel Caramilk bar was delicious. It tasted better being free, I'm sure. The Dreamworld Coke quenched my thirst. It has subtle fruit and citrus notes with Coke. I loved that it had no sugar in it. I'm glad that I have another bottle to enjoy. I was so close to making it home to have a drink, but I couldn't do it last night. I am grateful that this store was open for me to grab a drink and consume it heading home. (356)

Cheapest gas around the area I give Kudo to gas station that will make the area more competitive that will benefit consumer. To my knowledge, GTA has only one oil refinery. All gasoline of all brand came from the same refinery. Facility is new and clean, so I assume no issue with old gas tank with water leaks and contaminate. For everyone who uses supreme gas or diesel, there is additional discount on select days. 3 cents off supreme on Thursday 2 cents off diesel on Tuesday Staff are friendly and smiling. I didn't buy anything from there other than gas. Making a left turn out of the gas station on to Yonge street is a little tricky during rush hour. I wish they will do some car wash discount.
