I had purchased various of their wares at pop-ups or other shops over the last few years. But I learned from a friend that they had an actual shop (and while it is not open at the moment), they are selling from their website. Ordering was super easy and they have a nice variety of items. I like that you can shop by cause as well as by type. You can't actually smell the candles from the website, but the descriptions are really good! I also like that if you finish a candle, you can return the empty clean glass to the store for a small credit.

I always hit them up for the cheap stuff you burn through, like zip ties, work gloves, and those little hardware organizers. But for my real tools, I've been pleasantly surprised. Their ICON and Doyle stuff is fantastic quality for way less than what the major brands charge. My Hercules power tools have been totally solid for every project I've thrown at them, too. The main thing is figuring out when to spend a little more on their premium lines, like Hercules or ICON, and when you can get away with the budget Pittsburgh items. If you remember to pull up a coupon or two, which is super easy, the savings are incredible. It's my absolute go-to whenever I need affordable gear.

After this I feel like this store is not honest and I will not be shopping here again. I tried talking to customer service who claimed this was on the receipt and on their website - which is great except I shopped IN STORE and it's not shown on my receipt until AFTER purchase - as in I had no way of knowing about this until AFTER the purchase. Never trusting this company after this scam.
