First things first- Kara, the studio owner, is wonderful. Her energy is so positive, she's welcoming and a talented teacher. She shares a lot of funny anecdotes during practice, but it does not take away from her clear instruction and balanced classes. The space itself is large and airy. There is no dedicated changing/lobby area, which makes the space feel even more intimate. I purchased the month long unlimited package for August. The studio was a short drive from Southampton. I love the studio so much that I try to make it an every day. In addition to traditional yoga classes, they offer lots of other wonderful extras, like reiki, kirtan, lunar classes, beach yoga, etc. I highly recommend these offerings. I really LOVE this studio- it's warm, unpretentious and totally non-competitive and I wish I could gently pick it up and place it next door to my apartment on the Upper East Side.
