My mom had gotten a certificate for this place by one of her customers and didn't have time to get a massage so she gave it to me. I had completely forgotten about it until the day it was about to expire so I had to make an appointment the same day it was going to expire but they were very nice about it and were able to squeeze me in and did not make any fuss about it (which I appreciate because I totally get how annoying that can be). When I got there the guy was very nice and remembered my appointment. The place was very clean, which I definitely appreciate in the current climate, and it smelled like fresh laundry. They made my first experience great and were extremely professional and sweet :)
