Based on my…read moreconversation with Pedro at the front desk, he recommended Thomas (based on his knowledge of my past therapists). He said Thomas has 11 years of experience and is available at the same time as my cancelled appointment. Pedro was so right about Thomas. Although he has only been at this location a few weeks, I can see he is an excellent hire! (Kudos to the Manager, Jean Paul.) Thomas provided a firm massage that relieved my back and hip issues as well as providing the best foot massage I've had at this location. If you are looking for a tension releasing massage or a relaxing one, check out Thomas and welcome him to the SODO location! Also, I would like to give Lexi a shout out also. She was working the front desk and checked me out. She is a great employee who takes pride in knowing her clientele and making appropriate recommendations. Great manager and staff all around!

Four stars.. but I would say more like 4.5!…read more Just had my first "ME" experience. Let's chat about it.. The waiting space is calm and comfortable. Lighting is relaxing and conducive to creating a chill atmosphere. Could use a bit work in the area of curating relaxation. In my opinion. Offering or encouraging the part of the forms should be done prior to coming into the build with a quick run through, at establishment. It seemed business and gave very working space. The service was AMAZING! Brittany!! OMGOSH! I gave direction through conversation, and the assignment was understood! Great pressure. Some helpful feedback and accommodating. Will come back ! Thanks Yelp for the recommendation!!

No one was answering the phone and when someone finally came to the door I was told I had to wait due to technical difficulties/phone lines being down. Once there the check in process was next to nothing, I did the paperwork online so all they needed was my name. The facility itself was fairly small, but the rooms were nice. My room had a locking door, float tank and a shower with shampoo/conditioner/soap. They give you a bathmat, a towel, two face cloths as well as ear plugs, a makeup wipe and a few other things you might need. They give you 15 minutes before to shower and 15 minutes after your allotted float time. They claim the rooms are soundproof but I did hear little bangs and noises of the business center. I wish they provided personal combs, but they do have community hair brushes and blow dryers to use. Overall it was a great experience, and the woman working there was very nice. They give you a few choices of music/white noise/sounds to get you in the zone and bring you back. I would definitely try it again as by the time I got completely relaxed and "sensory deprived" my time was up

So, I can't wait for the gift to come my way. On my visit, I checked in, was taken to the room, everything was explained, and then it was me and the floatation device. I undressed, jumped in and meditated for an hour or so. It was very interesting to stay floating for so long. Everything is dark, it is a very different type of experience. When the bells rang to announce the end of my session, I opened up the device, took a shower and went to the front. I chatted a little bit with the person at the desk, and then I left. Like I said, I'm waiting for my gift card...

I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. Check out their website. *Plenty of free parking in the lot behind the building ~ and that's all I have to say about that...

After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. I really want to bring my son back here soon to try that with him.
