I had a soy latte, and a long black and both were top notch. On my recent visit here I actually wanted to find a spot to tap away on my keyboard for a bit, and having this thing bookmarked for quite some time, decided it was high time to stop in. Initially, there wasn't any seats available, at 10-30am on a weekday. And after obtaining a seat I watched as this one-out-one-in trend continued for the rest of the morning. Salvage appears to be a victim of its own success; it has clearly outgrown the location and should be attempting to acquire one of the seemingly empty businesses around it in order to retain the customers that don't want to wait. I chose (well not really, it was the only spot available but was perfect for what I wanted to do) a small table alongside the building, and pulled out the laptop and began some keyboard karate. A lady in front of me had been busy at her machine for quite some time also. The rest of the tables were occupied by students having a gab fest and young families and couples having lazy brunches. There's 3 lonely seats at the front of the shop, which I found out later are for "waiting". As those seats have no tables, you wait there until one becomes free. The ham and cheese toastie, sounded much better than it tasted. They OD'd on the butter so I actually had to wipe my hands after each mouthful, and the mouth feel wasnt quite right. I'd absolutely come back here, but would probably opt for a takeaway rather than a sit in unless I had a lot of time on my hands. It's also not the best place to set up your laptop for a session. Last piece of advice is to take notice of the opening hours. This place is open very early (6-30am on weekdays) and as a result it also closes very early (2-30pm).

They got s great selection of wines and beers and some quirky party drinks to suit any cocktail party in which you want to impress. They often have suppliers giving out samples here and staff are helpful when it comes to suggesting suitable drink for any occasion. The grocery section is a little random and I don't think it's the kind of store you would likely go to do a weekly shop at because they have limited choices for certain things. They do however offer some unusual snacks and foods and your bound to pick up something every time you go here to try just for the fun. It's a different experience in here and would highly recommend it as an off licence and perhaps good for party snacks otherwise your probably better off making the trip up to Bondi Junction for one of the main stream supermarkets.

However, I love Breezy for their food and juices/shakes. They do good, tasty food and unlike most cafes in Sydney don't charge you an arm and a leg. If you're looking for something really fancy, this probably isn't your place. However, if you're looking for some nice, filling cafe food then definitely give Breezy a go. You can't beat Breezy for a hangover breakfast - their bacon & egg muffin is a steal at $4.50. Their frapes are also great too, I recommend their Berry one. If bacon and eggs isn't your thing, they also do a range of focaccias and sandwiches, and they also do burgers and chips at lunch for a little over $10 which are great too.
