Our AC unit wasn't blowing cool air out on July 6th So I called Essential Heating and Air the following morning and spoke to a wonderful lady explained to her our issues and requested to have a tech to come out, she explained they were really busy and would see if she could squeeze us in. She was able to get Alex to swing by around 5:30pm and he fixed the issue within 15 minutes or less. I am so Grateful I am 9 months pregnant and didn't know how long I would be able to last in this 100+ degrees. I highly recommend Essential Heating and Air. Thank you guys you did a great job with customer service and labor service! read more

The person who came to inspect our system was amazing. He went through everything and explained everything to us in simple words that made sense. He was very educational and professional. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary things. He told us what needed to be done and gave us the option, but didn't pressure us into buying anything. read more

I truly appreciate the quick, professional and honest service they gave me. It was the hottest time in the summer when you need your A/C to survive. My A/C stopped working and I tried calling other A/C companies and they were all booked for several days before they could see me. Essential heating and air was busy as well but made the time to come see me to help out if they can and they did help out. It ended up being an easy fix a blown fuse but they could have told me anything and I wouldn't know the difference. I'm thankful for their honesty and their speedy service in my time of need. I will only be using them from now on and recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Advanced Tech is one of the most professional companies. I received their quote in minutes. I was contacted by their project coordinator who explained the process and how long it will take to complete. Their technicians came in and replaced my HVAC unit in a matter of an hour. They tested proper functionality, completed signing paperwork. We now have an ICE COLD air conditioner, our house is cooling in a matter of a few minutes. Thank You Advanced Tech! Your team is the best!! I would rate your great service 7 STARS Highly recommended!!!! read more

My ac went out just a week after it had its tune up by a local ac guy in Manteca. Suddenly it went dead it was out of Freon. Which as of January 2020 law is almost impossible or not to have someone refill the unit. The local rep wanted some $$$ bucks. Got three more bids but felt I needed one more.So I did some more research and found Advanced tech heating and air from stockton. Ryad was very honest and professional. They came in with very responsible competitive quote. They treated me like a top customer, anyone looking for a new unit. Give these guys a shot. read more

Essential Heating and Air - Old unit - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

Our air conditioner stopped working, was able to book an appointment same day (on a Sunday), no fee for the diagnostic, fixed it within a couple of hours for a very fair price. Fast forward a week...our super old (pretty sure it's the original that came with the house) air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Called again, made another appointment, unfortunately, this time they could not save it, so we opted for replacement, again, they fixed it very quickly for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to friends/family. Already gave their card to my realtor. :) read more

Called today, quick response. Good communication. Our heater was intermittently not turning on. Technician Bassam (Hope I'm spelling it correctly) helped inspect our heater. Determined that our heater temperature sensor (I think) was dirty. Quickly cleaned it, explained components of the heater. I asked a question about our system, led him to discover that our system had a small vent leak from the heater itself! Probably losing our energy at least 15% each time it's on! He patched it up with some vent/heater tape. Thankful for his work! Bassam was professional, quick and friendly. read more

Zero stars. Never showed up for scheduled appointment. Never even called. I tried calling them but they didn't answer and the their mailbox was full despite advertising they ateopen 24/7. Horrible customer service read more

Our a/c went out and I contacted a few people for a quote late in the evening on a Friday. Ryad got back to me quickly and was able to come out the next day to take a look and provide an estimate. He was very professional with his evaluation of our unit and showed us pictures of each issue, along with providing us with thorough information and explanations. He gave us multiple options and we ended up replacing our really old unit with a newer one. He was able to get the new unit installed within just a couple days at a very fair price. We did do a little more research, since this is not an area we are overly familiar with, which just confirmed what we were told and that it was a good price. Overall, Ryad and his brother made the experience more comfortable for us, provided full expertise, gave great customer service and all at a decent cost. We will definitely call them again with any other needs we may have in the future. read more

My wife and I purchased our home recently and found that much of the duct work was installed incorrectly and was not to code. The seller told us that Advanced Tech had done the installation 3 years ago so we called to have them come correct what they had done. Basem and another gentleman, who's name I didn't catch, came out to check it out and we determined that the seller had not been truthful with us and that she or someone else had worked on the ducts since then and had created all of the issues. Basem and the other tech agreed to fix it up for us anyways at no cost to us. I will certainly use them in the future if we need HVAC work done. read more

Ryan gave excellent service. Credited me for prior work since the unit ended up needing to be replaced a month later (very old unit). He worked to get me the best pricing and was very accommodating. I've had quite a bit of experience with HVAC repairs/purchases and know how expensive they can be. I feel I got a very good price and he made sure it had a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. I would highly recommend this company. read more

The owner came out to our home to do an estimate on our AC unit. He was up there for 5 minutes, came down and said we had black mold he even showed us some pictures. We let him know we were going to get a second opinion. The second opinion said there was no black mold and he replaced the motor which was under warranty. This guy suggested we replace the whole unit he was full of shit!!! I would never recommend him to anyone. Our AC works great now!!! read more

Our A/c stop blowing cold air and called Essential Heating and Air and came out the very next day. The fix was quick and efficient. Very reasonable pricing. Also very knowledgeable. Felt really comfortable because he tells you what is wrong with the unit and doesn't force you to have him fix it. Very honest. Will definitely recommend to friends and family read more

Our air conditioner broke at 5 pm on a 95 degree day. We didn't have much hope that anyone was going to be able to come take a look at it, much less fix it for quite some time. When we called Advanced Tech they said someone would be out to our house by 8 pm that same night! Not only did he come within an hour of that call, he had the part needed with him to fix it within just a few minutes. Thank you for being so readily available and prepared. Came and gave me a free quote same day and was ready to do my install the day after Christmas. To say he and his crew was professional would be an understatement. The work was done over two days and the systems were up and running. Ryad placement of the new registers was spot on. Thanks for all the help guys. read more

Thank you sooo much to the Advanced Tech family for getting my heater up and running again! Such a smooth and prompt experience I would definitely recommend their service! Additional information was received during my visit regarding the status of my furnace and the money I should/should NOT be putting into it and whether things were worth fixing or needing to be replaced. I got reminded (three times) to go buy a carbon monoxide detector (I HEARD YOU RYAN DONT WORRY! ) which lets me know they actually care about their clients staying safe in their homes. The cost of the repairs done today will go towards a future furnace replacement which is awesome! I will DEFINITELY be calling for that soon! Thanks again!!!! read more
