Happy to find one not so far (I'm…read moreusually going downtown area) I ordered the PB and a bowl paid extra for strawberries... the base Açaí was delicious! I'm not a fan of strong tart flavor so however they made the base is on point for me. However, as I read through the reviews.. I do agree the ratio of the açaí base vs the fruits was like 80/20 to me. Even though I did enjoy the açaí bowl and fresh fruits, added coconut and granola with honey,,, and based on the cost , I should have had more fruits added and less of the base ,,, I would have settled for 60/40!!! And what happened to my peanut butter,,, I could not even taste it ... because there was none!!!! OMG. I do love the decoration and how clean it was. Smelled good as I entered the place. I love how the place had live plants added bonus to the freshness scent. I'm NOT dissatisfied... I'd come back and ask for extra peanut butter for sure , since I did not get any on my first order. Lady who assisted was nice. But my peanut butter though. lol. I still give it a 4 star coz I did enjoy my bowl and my husband liked his smoothie.

Seriously? I should not have had to, yet I explained to her I had just mixed it from the frozen bottom and had taken all of three bites and this was hair #2, who knows how many more were in there. She snidely said " So you want me to make you another one?" I replied "NOT if its gonna be an argument. You can just refund my colleague who paid for it." My friends really liked this place so I was curious as to why. So when we got there I realized it was a smoothie bowl place. It was a bit cold yesterday, but I can always do a smoothie bowl. However I say they had an oatmeal bowl, so I opt for that instead. Well When I got my bowl it was warm which I didn't expect I thought it was gonna be like overnight oats. So I was pleasantly surprised. Bust then I was soon disappointed. I ordered the blueberry/strawberry bowl, and literally that's is what I got no pizzazz or anything not even honey on top. It was the berries and sliced almonds. Not bad right, butbwjen i went to tale my first bite? The oatmeal me just felt stiff. It was steelcut oats but it had ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR! It also was kinda stiff. I then asked for a drizzle of honey to try and soften it up and add some sweetness to it, but it didn't help. Usually oatmeal should be a bit softer not soupy but a bit loose and creamier. This was very stiff. I asked the server in the future could the oatmeal be made with coconut milk or something, she said they normally just use water, which I guess is fine but they dont use enough water so that the oatmeal is a bit more loose. And it has ZERO flavor. The berries did t add much flavor at all. I just figured a place that was steadily busy, would have more to their oatmeal bowl than just oatmeal with berries on top. The should take these bowls off the menu. I said next time I go I amd gonna ask if the can mux in sime coconut milk and honey when they make it and see what they say. So it is worth going back b/c my friend enjoyed her Açai bowl, and I do wanna try one for myself b/c they have so many different smoothie bowls, but unfortunately for me opt for the oatmeal one b/c it was heartier..oh well... So yes I recommend but dont get the oatmeal unless you do what i suggested and ask for some type of milk or even just more hot water amd honey to be added..that is if you don't like stiff unflavored oatmeal.

The establishment exuded potential, but upon arrival, I found myself browsing the menu unaided, as no staff member was initially present. Eventually, someone emerged from the back, albeit lacking in enthusiasm or helpfulness. While I understand that everyone has off days or personal matters, their responses to my inquiries were consistently negative, stating that certain ingredients were unavailable. In my opinion, Beefresh could easily achieve a five-star rating with improved customer service and ingredient availability. Furthermore, the actual bowl I ordered contained toppings that were not on offer, adding to the disappointment. Additionally, the application of Nutella and peanut butter was overly generous to the point of excess, necessitating removal, which proved more challenging than expected. In conclusion, I would recommend Beefresh if executed correctly and if all ingredients are readily available. However, if not, I would suggest exploring alternative options for a more satisfying experience.

It was more of that "I'll smile in your face while completely ignoring what you asked for" type of customer service. Missing items, wrong items, things I specifically asked for not being included... like how does an order get THIS wrong?
