Knocked on the door and the lady behind the desk ignored me. A customer made an appointment and then exited before I could grab the door and it locked again. I knocked on the door louder and the lady just sat there. Called the business no answer. I guess if you don't want my business you don't get my money and get a bad review. Very bizarre behavior.

The doctor was on the phone at the time and it was clear. The dog was guarding his master. I didn't move and waited till the doctor was off the phone... he wanted to bring the dog around to meet me and encouraged me that he was friendly and actually OK to pet. I was not feeling it.. aside from the fact the dog was very protective, who has a dog in a healthcare facility? I had heard great things about Dr Eric., but definitely won't go back.
