They could have canceled but instead they were extremely accommodating and just adjusted my package so I could still have a full experience. I had Mya for my body treatment and facial and she did an amazing job. I felt to relaxed and my skin was so soft afterwards. Theresa was the staff who ran the salt cave session and she was very kind and helpful. If you're in the area and looking for a pampering session, I highly recommend this venue.

It is almost impossible to get an appointment with this salon. I always get voicemail. The…read moremessage states they will call you back within 3 hours. They should have a dedicated receptionist to answer calls and not make their customers wait 3 hours. Also, they only have one person doing brazillians, the owner. The owner is not readily available, whether she is on vacation or just not in. This is unacceptable. If you want to build up a clientele, then you have to be available to take appointments. I would not recommend this salon. Pay a little more and go to a salon that can actually accommodate their customers. Customer service is the worst here.
