She directed me to the room where I was to have my amazing facial, and told me to take my shirt off and slide down my bra straps. I was covered in a towel to protect my bra from the oils she used. The spa type music definitely drowned out the noise of the cars on Lundy's Lane which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Virginia did an absolutely amazing job with the facial and the mini massage on my neck and shoulders was a real treat. I will definitely be returning to try her other spa services!

They could have canceled but instead they were extremely accommodating and just adjusted my package so I could still have a full experience. I had Mya for my body treatment and facial and she did an amazing job. I felt to relaxed and my skin was so soft afterwards. I got their Spa Wellness package which included a massage(I chose the hot stone massage), a wellness facial, manicure and pedicure. The massage therapists are great, they really focus on relaxation and comfort. All the other employees are also very helpful and warm. It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. When I walked in a man was sitting at the front desk and he greeted me right away and gave me information and had me in within about 20 minutes. (Not too bad for a walk-in) Teresa that did my nails was absolutely nothing but pleasant and quite fun to talk to! Very much a genuinely kind person. You don't see that a lot I find especially in this kind of industry. Plus I LOVED her hair. Just wish I loved my nails as much :(

Wanted to share my experience recently at the Five Lakes spa in Niagara Falls…read more They are located inside the Doubletree Hotel on Fallsview Blvd We booked ahead for a couples massage They accommodated my request that it be two female masseuses We were greeted and filled out a standard questionnaire for medical reasons After changing into our robes and sandals they provide in the change rooms we sat down in the waiting are which was set up in a nice relaxing environment We were greeted by our masseuses Bonnie and Gail who explained the treatment in detail to us I had Gail as my masseuse and she was great So worth it It was relaxing both during and after the whole treatment was completed We have been several times here and I would highly recommend coming here for a spa experience

The accommodations are kept clean, and the king size bed was firm and comfortable. Every morning they serve a good hearty "breakfast-in-bed" delivered to your room at whatever time you choose the night before. Between 7am to 10am. The hotel is very close to the overcrowded Clifton Hill area which is home to an amusement park atmosphere. The hotel is also within good walking distance to the Falls, about a 20 -30 minutes walk along the promenade on the Niagara River. However, it's quiet at the hotel at all hours thankfully. Sterling Inn appears to be one of the better hotel options in the immediate touristy area. *There is a AG Restaurant on premises , as well as Spa for your pleasure.* Thank you for reading. There is a restaurant below the inn which was fabulous. Staff were welcoming and warm. Being from out of the country I had numerous questions while I was there and the staff I met were patient and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and neat. I rarely heard any of my neighbors or outside noise. The bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was good, and the AC worked properly. Breakfast in bed is delivered each morning if you request it. It was a lot of food for me so I opted out the rest of my trip.
