I recently visited Cabo and wanted to take a tour of the city to see a little more than the resort where I was staying. This company was one of my options and I happily signed up. Our tour guide and driver was Jesus and he was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He took us all over town and was even flexible to take us back early when the group was pooped and collectively voted to skip the shopping stop which was scheduled for the end. I feel like we had ample time to see all the sites and he did a good job of keeping track of everyone. It was well organized and fun!

Took a tour with Miguel and everything was great for the price we paid! We got a steal for what we got. Boat tour of the arch, stops at stores in town, and we were taken tequila tasting for free. You do have to pay for your meal but considering the tours price we really lucked out. Miguel was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and, really accommodating.

TLDR: Cost for 2 adults Los Cabos Encounters - $208 (food included) Worth it! Todos Santos City Tour - $162 (food not included) Food is an additional $25. Kind of bland. -- Los Cabos Encounters: Best tour hands down with the amazing tour guide Charlie. He arrived at our hotel 10 mins early and was very friendly. Gave us a lot of historical information on the ride to pick up the other hotel guests. First stop was La Playita which is a beach area where you can take some pictures. We spent about 10 mins there while Charlie took our orders for the food. Next stop was the main plaza where we got a little history on pearls and did a raffle to win one at the Velvet Box. My fiancée won one. You have the option to turn it into a piece of wearable jewelry starting at $200. Then we went to the town square where we got to walk around for about 20-30 minutes. There are a lot of boutiques, ice cream, and a lot of other touristy things to do. The Blown glass factory was the highlight for me because of the affordable glass pieces. I bought a cute pink pipe for $25 and with the craftsmanship it would have cost probably double back in NY. We also got a fun little demonstration! The Glass bottom boat tour was cool. My advice is to sit on the captions side because you'll get better views. There were a lot of other tours and boats which made the water look crowded. The sea lions were out and about and the arch is beautiful. Tequila tasting was next! I didn't partake in this because I'm not a big drinker and I was slightly hungover, so my fiancée had my shots. He said they were good. I was shopping in the store since that's where the tasting is located. We ate lunch at the Stoplight and they had the chicken tacos. Probably one of the best meals I had my entire 6 nights here. I'm a very picky eater but the food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It's worth taking a taxi if you're craving some tacos. Finally we went shopping at Cabo Bargins and with the tour we got 20% off. I bought a lot of stuff because the prices were good. A stone domino set can cost anywhere between $100 - $200. I was able to get it for $44 and it's beautifully made and pink. I was able to find a lot of stuff. Hotel drop off went smoothly and overall it was a good tour and because of that I went online the same day and booked the Todos Santos City Tour. Todos Santos City Tour: Our driver was late and we had to do a transfer. Also a lot of the things stated on the website we did not do. Our guide was Rene who was nice but on the first stop accidentally closed the van door on an elderly lady and her grandson. Not sure if this was supposed to be a joke but my fiancée opened the van door to let them out. Mexican blanket weavery was the first stop. The shop was vibrant and the blankets are made by hand. The items to buy start at $25. You can get these blankets cheaper in the town but I don't think those are hand made. The website states the following activities but we did not do them: Agricole Cooperative & the Regional Sweets Store. Next we went to Todos Los Santos which is a beautiful town where Hotel California is located in. Lots of shops and boutiques as well. They are very over priced so you can try to haggle. I was able to get some stickers for myself. We got a quick history of the mission. Another pearl demonstration (again at the Velvet box) with a raffle (we didn't win this time) and then lunch at the hotel California restaurant La Coronela. We didn't book this tour with a guide from the hotel. I did it online so we couldn't pick a food option. La Coronela had really good guac and flautas but our main dishes lacked flavor. The mole was okay but my enchilada were bland. I say skip it if you can or just get appetizers. The food was not worth the $78 we paid. Finally the end of the tour was at Cabo Bargins where I bought some more stuff. I enjoyed myself since it was the cheapest tour and I ended up buying a lot of stuff. I just wish the transportation time was better and the food had more flavor. If you have to only do one go with the cabo encounters and try to book the earliest appointment to avoid any potential delays with traffic.

Booked this tour with our hotel and it did not disappoint. The driver Jose Lopez also know as JLo was fun and very informative. We started with early morning pick up 7:40am and got to the boat by 9am. On the way he explained land marks and different areas of San Lucas. Once on the boat we got to see the Arch and Lovers beach. We came during whale season and got to catch one in the distance. The boat wasn't actually all glass like the brochure promoted but had two little windows at the bottom that let us see some. Still a beautiful tour. We got back and Jose took us to the blow glass factory and we got to see their awesome work. After that we drove a bit in the city and to the tequila tasting. The tequila museum is tiny but the store big and overpriced. we didn't like the tequila or the prices so we left to find some food until our pick up at 3pm.

An excellent tour of Los Cabos! We took the Los Cabos Encounter tour which included a day trip through San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, and we couldn't have had a better time. The tour includes bus transportation and a special pickup from your hotel. You'll be taken through some of the most prominent areas and landmarks of Los Cabos! A boat tour is also included and an optional lunch which you should definitely take because it's delicious! Here are a few more details about what to expect during the Los Cabos tour: *Roundtrip transportation to and from your hotel room. They also have complimentary water bottles if you forget yours. *A stop in Puerto Los Cabos: You'll pass by Mirador Costa Azul on the way and have a nice view of the Estuary, Fisherman's Monument, and La Playita fish market. *San Jose del Cabo visit: You'll stop in Downtown San Jose del Cabo where you'll find many places to shop. You'll also get to stop at City Hall, Mission San Jose del Cabo, and the main square known as Plaza Mijares. You should make some time to stop at the blown glass store if you can! The blown glass creations are incredible! This is also a great opportunity to purchase souvenirs from the many shops in the plaza. *Blown Glass Factory: You'll be taken to a blown glass factory in Cabo San Lucas where you'll get to see first hand demonstrations of how the glass is made! Amazing! *Tequila Museum tour and tasting: You'll get a guided tour of the Tequila museum as well as tequila tastings and discounts on tequila got purchases. *Glass bottom boat tour: You'll be taken around some of the most prominent landmarks in Cabo San Lucas by boat! You'll have a wonderful view of Land's End, El Arco, Neptune's Finger, Divorce Beach, Lover's Beach, The Window to the Pacific, seals, piranhas, and so much more! Excellent views and encounters on bus boat tour. *Shopping and exploring time in Cabo San Lucas: You'll get to walk around town in Cabo to explore and shop. *Optional lunch: DO IT! The lunch is only $10 includes a wealth of food. We had lunch at Stop Light Restaurant in Cabo San Lucas and it was amazing!!! If you get Miguel as your tour guide, you will have a fabulous time! He was an excellent tour guide and provided information about the tour in both English and Spanish. All in all, I was really impressed with this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Cabo or San José, especially for the first time. You can book your tour online or even at your hotel with one of the reps. We ended up booking the tour at our hotel last minute and everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the Party Cruise. We were picked up from our hotel, the transportation was included. Snacks were served (meats, cheese, crackers & fruit). There was an open bar & the bartenders were fast and efficient. The service and attentiveness of the staff was great. If they saw your drink getting low, they would ask to get you a refill. We were able to hang out and enjoy the amazing views, without having to worry about going back & forth to the bar. The music was jazz renditions of popular songs & old school R&B, the vibe was very chill. The sunset and the view of the arch & the shoreline were incredible. We would 100% recommend this cruise & definitely take it again. A big thank you to Wendy, who was very helpful when booking our cruise.

We booked our excursion via Viator and I was a satisfied customer. Our tour included The Arch of Cabo San Lucas, snorkel in Chileno Beach w/a box lunch, blown glass demonstration, and a tequila tasting. Our guides Giovanni and Shaggy were awesome and very friendly. They did a great job sharing the history of the area. We also had enough time to visit a few shops to buy souvenirs and food. My group separated from the tour so we could do the beach portion. They had chairs and an umbrella set up for us. It was so relaxing that we just enjoyed the beach and decided not to snorkel. Shaggy was very understanding and available if we changed our mind before our time was up. The box lunch was simple-turkey sandwich and other snacks that are commonly found in Mexico. I would have enjoyed a more authentic Mexican meal but I'm sure it's easier to keep it simple like they did. The tequila tasting was fun and tasty. The glass blown demonstration was amazing! It's a family own business and seeing them create the glass pieces was awesome.

Absolutely everything we asked for.... Somehow ended up on a tour with just our group, 5 total. Asked us if we wanted to stop to buy beer... we did. Enjoyed one on the beach after snorkeling where we saw sea lions and basically almost touched one. Totally professional and knowledgeable. Prob more expensive than you could find but absolutely tailored to your needs and hassle free. We could not have asked for better guides... Chucky and captain Johnathon!

Cabo is known for their water sports like snorkeling, fishing, and scuba diving. Without a tour, you can easily walk the town in a few hours. On one side is their local shops from ceramic goods to t-shirts to pharmaceutical items. If you walk 1/2 mile to the right, you can go where the locals go, and even find a Starbucks and Walmart. We were on the Ruby Princess and chose to go Whale Watching, and booked this with Costco / Shore Excursions. From the dock, we made our way to Esperanza Tour window. We waited for the rest of our group and made our way to our boat. The last time we went whale watching, we were in Alaska. The Alaskan boat was also a big boat, easily a 50-100 passenger boat. This time, we had only 7 in our group, so imagine our surprise when we saw our boat in Cabo! Our tour guide was Cesar, and along with our driver Jesus, and after we put on our life vests, they sailed for about 15 minutes out into the ocean in search for whales. We caught up with a handful of other tour companies, and spotted our first whale. It wasn't much of a sighting, so we took off to other parts of the ocean, only to circle back. About an hour later, we spotted 2 whales chasing a sea lion. Our patience paid off, and our whale watching quest was a success. Heading back to the dock, the driver drove us up close to the Arch. We also pulled up close to Sea Lions sunbathing on rocks. Our tour ended around 11:00 am, so we were out at sea for about 2 hours. Aside from a little boat, they did an excellent job. Cesar was chatty but not too invasive in his conversation. We had a great group, which made it even better.

Did the whale watching tour 12-17-22.Got picked up at our resort and started our adventure. Our guide, Alfaro, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the areas. He took us to the marina and was with us the entire time. Jumped on the boat and headed out. Saw quite a few whales and many small pods of dolphins. After the boat tour, he was waiting for our group right at the dock. We jumped back into the van and headed to the glassblowing factory for a very exciting demonstration. We even purchased a few pieces while there. They are very beautiful. We left there and headed back to town for a tequila tasting. Yet again, another great stop. Tried about 6 different types of tequila, all quite good. We were then given time to ourselves for free time to shop, eat or whatever we wanted to do. Alfaro came back to the J&J Tequila Store for our pick-up and we headed back to out resort. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone. We also did the San Jose tour on 12-18-22. Got picked up at our resort and started our adventure. Our guide, Abelardo, was fantastic. He also was very knowledgeable about these areas. We stopped at the Pearl Boutique and they explained how pearls are made within the clams and how the different colors are formed. They even played a game for someone to win a pearl. It was really cool since I won the pearl. They valued it at about $140. We then walked across the street to the Chocolate Factory and enjoyed sample tasting and purchased chocolate covered espresso beans, very yummy. Our next stop was to the Ivan Guaderrama Art Galley. It is a must stop to see and experience. Also stopped at another gallery with fantastic photo pieces. Had free time after that for shopping. Our guide was with us the entire time until our free time for shopping. Got pick up and headed back to our resort. Yet again, had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We did a snorkeling tour with Jorge and Ramon yesterday. After getting scammed by another "tour" company, we were referred here. Though our tour was booked last minute, they were able to accommodate us within a few hours. Pickup was easy and prompt. The drivers from drop off to pick up were personable and friendly. Lunch was provided and the tour came with warm and friendly conversation from both operators (Jorge and Ramon). Ramon was VERY patient with me as a first time snorkeler and weak swimmer giving me personalized instruction and ensuring my safety at all times. We really appreciate our guides and Esperanza's for giving us a memorable experience after the upsetting experience of the timeshare scam.

Knowing it's a 20 minute walk from the place where the cruise ship tender drops you off to the place where the tour boats dock, we decided to scout it out the night before. The email from the company instructed us to check in at the Roger's office ("kiosko 2") to ensure we got the correctly-fitting snorkeling gear, so we went looking for the office using a map from the Roger's website and Google maps. We tried inputting the exact address from the email and asking everyone we could find at Puerto Paraiso mall, but when we went to the alleged office location, nothing was there. As a last ditch effort, on the way out of the mall, we paused and asked a random guy at a booth with ads for tours (mind you, nowhere did it say Roger's on it)! This booth was NOT located in the same spot indicated in the map on the Roger's website. However, this guy was somehow able to look up our reservation, and it was legit because he knew my name even though I never said it. He told us to just meet at the dock the next day - not to even worry about going to the "office" (wherever it may be). So that's what I would advise any future travelers to do - just go to Dock D, which isn't hard to find. Ahead of time, I had emailed the company and asked if I could add additional people to our tour and how to pay for them. I received a response indicating we would need to pay 35 per person and they could either send me a PayPal account to put the money in, or we could pay at the dock. When we got on the boat, we inquired about the two extra people and were told to pay 40 dollars. Thankfully I had the email from the company and I disputed this. I was given a roundabout explanation about how the corporate office is somewhere else in Mexico and sometimes there's miscommunication. This felt like an attempt to con more money out of us, but to their credit, they did honor the emailed price. The tour itself was great. We had Jonathan as the guide and Memo as the boat driver. Jonathan had great English skills and was knowledgeable. Our kids got to drive the boat, which had them laughing hysterically. They also dropped a couple members of our party off to snorkel in a designated spot, and the snorkel gear they provided seemed nicer than the cheap stuff we brought. At the end, they offered to drop us off closer to the cruise ship to help us avoid the 20-minute walk, but said it would be a $2 dock fee per person. We did take them up on that, as we had small kids in the party and didn't want them to have to do the walk in the hot sun. They do take pictures during the tour and offer you the chance to buy them at the end. Technically this is mentioned on the website, so it's not surprising. However, I will note that they offered us a discount on the photos at the end if we left them a review - lowering the price from 80 to 50 dollars. So, take that into account when you read other reviews. We declined. I recall when I was researching tour options that some other customers had mentioned their tours being outsourced to other people. There is definitely something odd with the "company." It presents itself on its website like a small business and frequent references are made to "our boat." But when you get to the dock, nothing says "Roger's" - no signage, no uniforms, etc. There's also more than one boat - another party was checking in at the exact same time as we were with the same people. It's almost like they've been bought out by a bigger conglomerate of tour operators. Perhaps this explains the conflicting information in some spots (i.e., the email confirmation saying to check in early at an office but a guy at a random kiosk that doesn't say Roger's on it somehow having our reservation and telling us to just go to the dock). Overall, we enjoyed the tour itself, but the issues with finding the location and being asked to pay different fees than we were quoted were off-putting.

We were picked up by a driver in a passenger van prior and dropped off after which was great since we knew we would have some cocktails on board the boat. He was great! Very nice and took good care of us. When we arrived, the driver escorted us to the Cabo Adventure center where we were met by one of the crew members and then escorted to the boat following check-in. We walked a short distance to the boat, passing by many vendors and shops who of course chased you down for sales, donations, etc. But all is good, just say no thank you and they leave you alone. We arrived to the boat and were introduced to our captain, and team. Mauricio, Manuel and Derick. All three were very nice. They catered to whatever we requested from drinks, lunch and snorkeling time. When we arrived, they shared we had a photographer taking pictures throughout the day. I was excited as I am usually the one always taking photos so it would be nice to have a photographer taking pictures of our group instead of me. And, to have professional photos would be great! I only snapped a couple of pictures as we boarded because it looked like he was taking a lot of photos of us in front of the arches, hanging on the boat, etc. throughout the afternoon. I also thought the photos were included. They are not. The boat ride was great. Drinks were great. They made cocktails for us. Snorkeling was nice. Views were beautiful. They answered our questions of the area. We have a delicious light lunch of chips and guac, pasta salad, chicken salad and fruit. The staff couldn't be nicer. The photographer is nice. When we arrived back at the center, we were directed to the "photography" area where we quickly learned our photos would be $200! I calmly said let me look at the photos because if they are really that good, I'll pay for great photos. Sadly, they were all just awful! Only 1 decent photo out of 50 or so photos and even that photo needed major editing. Shadows, weird light. We had 2 different group shots. The photos in front of the arches, the top of the arches were cut off! Who cuts off the arches? Not one good picture in front of the arches. They do NOT have professional photographers my friends. Take your own photos. Don't let them convince you otherwise. I still purchased 3 photos as I thought I could use apps to improve them and wanted a memory of our day. $100 for 3 photos. Such a disappointment. I want to give this company 3 stars because of the photo situation but the rest of the experience was great and the photo situation is obviously a personal preference. If I had any photos other than 2, I would share them, TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS. Do not let them talk you into their photographer or you will be disappointed and out a lot of money.

Our trainer and instructor Nely was great, important and useful information on safety for both us humans and dolphin Kobe, some general guidelines plus buoyancy jackets and masks brought to us. Kobe is a four year old male, excited to have new friends to show off his talents, and had fun with us and loved his gentle massages. I could've stayed in the water all day but of course couldn't .. Nely taught how to get Kobe to spin, be a shark zooming to us, blowing underwater rings, and other tricks. Best morning experience coming here. There are lockers as you're not allowed to keep jewelry, watches, earrings and such on while in with the dolphins; NO sunscreen either, but call and ask about reef safe sunscreen when you book if it's ok: I believe the policy is absolutely none. We don't want to unwittingly harm the dolphins when hugging ! I suggest you book direct with them as opposed to through your hotel or other agencies. While waiting to be escorted to the pool there's some chairs and tables in the shade near the lockers, after you check in. Inside you can have sandwiches and some other snacks, beer, sodas and such; also a selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts rashguards, hats, and lots of dolphin plushies.

Most recently, we booked the 4-hour sunset charter on the 60' yacht, and from beginning to end, everything exceeded expectations. The experience started before we even stepped on the boat. Communication leading up to the charter was seamless, organized, and reassuring. This is a company that knows exactly how to treat their guests. Setting the menu was easy and they were happy to accommodate our requests. The boat itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. The yacht felt private and relaxed, with plenty of room to spread out, whether you wanted to lounge in the sun, sit back with a drink, or take in views from the front. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the crew. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. They anticipated every need without ever being intrusive, keeping drinks full and the energy light and enjoyable the entire time. The food and drinks were outstanding. For some in our party it was the best meal of the trip. Everything was fresh and flavorful, far beyond what you'd expect on a boat. The cocktails were excellent, and we are still dreaming about the watermelon juice. The captain positioned us perfectly to see some amazing whales and other marine animals. I saw the closest breach I've ever experienced. It feels life-changing to be so close to them. This wasn't just a boat ride, it was an experience. Relaxing, fun, beautiful, and incredibly well-executed. Without a doubt, one of those "we'll be talking about this for years" kind of memories. If you're considering a charter in Cabo, this is absolutely the one to book.

It was beautiful cruising off the shore of Cabo and the ocean was so much fun to swim in. It is a little pricey but you pay for what you get. There's also lots of room on the boat, we had 17 people and it was perfect. Definitely bring cash to tip at the end!!

I just happened to come upon them by luck of the draw. I'm sure we all know everywhere you go…read morethat's a hot tourist destination, you'll always end up being the target. Regardless where ever tourists are a blazing, the vultures come out to play. As this instance with Cabo. The day was meant for just walking around the town sightseeing and a nice gingerly stroll along the marina. Then, boom... All the vultures (tour guides salesman) come out. Seconds after seconds, they come and try to sell you tours and everything else. And I mean everything else, all kinds. We just happened to stop after one of the salesperson kindly approached us and starting talking to us. I wanted to take a boat out to the arches but didn't know when that was going to happen. At this point, it was like what the heck. We're here now. And he didn't seem pushing whatsoever. Friendly was always a plus and got our attention. They up sale you with other add on, but we just wanted to do the boat ride to the arches. The price was good per person compared to what Expedia or what the hotels would have charged. It's better to get the rates when your actually there in town as they tend to be cheaper than booking through the hotel or site. He walked us to the docked, also there was a 1.00 per person fee for the dock entrance. Not sure if that really was the case or add on for gratuity as a sale. Either or, it was fine. First off, we had the whole boat to ourselves. Just us and the captain. Leaving the marina, water was nice but once you got out to open sea, the water got a bit choppy. Our boat tour of the arches was about 45 min or so. He took us along the arches to see pelican rock I believe, as well as lover beach. Snorkeling was also in the area and kayaking. We could have paid more if we wanted to be let off on the beach and be picked up Later. Obviously there was the arches, which was nice. Depending on the time of day, it does get pretty crowded with boat tours. The captain was sweet, explained the tour, joked around. All around cool guy. Also, there was a section of the boat that was clear so you could actually see the fishes down below. Plenty of picture perfect spot. Tour goes from the marina, towards the rocks, pelican rock. As well as where snorkeling are, lovers beach, the cave. Then arches, sea lion rock or something like that, around the arches to the Pacific Ocean side, divorced beach as he called it. Not sure if that's the real name of it. But swimming on that side was hazardous as current was pretty strong. You go around the rocks and return back to the marina. But the view are amazing. Nice to be on the Baja peninsula sea of Cortez where it meets the Pacific Ocean. Then going back you have the view of the beaches with all the hotel line along the water front. Sunset tours are popular as most people would want that perfect picture but as well as all the lights coming from the city. Overall experience was amazing. The tour was nice as we were the only one on the boat with the captain. It can get crowded with other people but if you can, just get your group on.
