We opted for the veal which cost 9.90€ instead of the beef which cost 10.30€ and I wouldn't have tasted the difference if I hadn't known. Super tasty and came with extra cheddar cheese, bacon, onion rings with tempura, and barbecue sauce. Oh, and also a side of fries. The burger kind of hit every note you want in a good burger... it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly medium like I had ordered. The size wasn't an issue (because sometimes places try to make burgers so big you can't even fit a bite in your mouth). The extra cheddar provided a nice bite that complemented the sweetness of the barbecue sauce. Finally, the fries... if you're craving fries, get them here because they are fried to perfection. They were juuuuust crispy enough and there was a lot. I actually didn't know it came with fries! Great place. The only drawback is that is opens at 9pm, which is absurdly late to be eating dinner.

In the evening, they don't open until 9 PM here. They had a mini hamburgers option on their menu where you could choose 2 different mini burgers with fries for only 7 euro. I ordered La Canyonera and La Chaine. These burgers were delicious! There was a little too much bun for my taste, but the burgers themselves were juicy, tasty, and was exploding with flavor. I would highly recommend either of these burgers in full-sized if you want a really good burger. Service was good. This was a really trendy restaurant, and the decor and ambiance were nice enough to take a date here. They accept credit cards here.

In all honesty this might be the very best Italian food I have ever had. Its owner, Tony, aver engaging man, is building what I hope to be (first full year in this location) a very successful restaurant predicated upon material and ingredients acquired by artisanal suppliers and includes many providers he knows well and refers to them as his friends. The Chef de Cuisine, Dario is also very engaging, is from Italy and produces the best pizza and meatballs one could hope for. The back of the house staff also includes a young man (I am a pretty old Fk'r) named Robin who joined us out front for a picture I've posted and taken by, yes, Tony himself. We plan on returning prior to departure from our 1 week stay in Valencia and we would love to see his magic spread to the USA, hint-hint Seattle, please. If you have ever read my reviews I typically don't critique food as I am not a foodie. Tony's place is decorated in an eclectic array of pictures (Bob Marley to the Dude himself Jeff Bridges) and memorabilia which can help pass the time by appreciating the care in which it is all assembled. Trust me por favor that you do NOT want to miss this place.

Each dish is perfectly garnished with subtle sauces and greens that confuse and delight the palate. I ended up going two nights in a row. It is the kind of decadent, gourmet, High class meal that would cost at least 100$ in the US. Here's what you need to know: *on a weekend you will need a reservation But during the week it is very quiet and you Can easily walk in unannounced. *they only have a set menu with courses to choose from, BUT every single option is exquisite, and there are vegetarian options available *the menu is about 15€ per person, not including drinks. If you are very used to paying for food in Spain this is expensive, but if you are coming from the USA on Holliday you will literally be in total awe that food of this quality could possibly cost 30€ total. Price wise in the US, that's a meal at Olive Garden that gives you indigestion later. You'll be stunned by the quality vs price here I guarantee it. *you can come with a group as big as about 6 to as small as just 1 *if you don't speak any Spanish bring a translating app for the menu. The dishes are Complex and I speak enough Spanish to get by here well, but still needed to look some words up. *the BRIE dish is my favorite. They may not have it every night but if you're lucky and see it on the menu GET. IT. You will dream about it and miss it every day after. Overall: my favorite restaurant in Valencia by far, and it's also in the incredible barrio del Carmen neighborhood which is constructed of lots of mysterious and cool Alleyways, and covered in gorgeous and off beat street art.
