Then they texted me asking if I would agree to rescheduling to 11 am time instead of 9 am. I responded yes that 11 am was good. In fact , the later time would give me time to shower, dress and feed my elderly client. At 9 am in the middle of my client's shower, the maid is sitting on my porch and Spotless is calling me creating All Kinds of Confusion and STRESS! Trying to handle my clients responsibilities and fend off calls from Spotless at the same fricking time!! Then, after the maid is finally let inside to start the cleaning project....she does a piss poor job!! And in order to get the bathroom re-cleaned I had to pay an additional $40..... I am not happy at ALL! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I found Spotless Cleaners online thru Google. I pacifically asked for Cleaned Sanitized Bathrooms Service for 2 bathrooms. They did not provide good service. Upstairs Bathroom: toilet was still dirty inside and out, soap scum left on shower walls and floors not cleaned along the edges. Which according to Spotless representative was standard service! They charged me $40 extra for the maid to redo the bathroom INCREDIBLE!! This company has terrible business practice! BATE you with one cost, THEN SWITCH to higher cost in the middle of doing poor substandard service.
