This program is not for the flimsy will power. It is very strict and, take it from me, you cannot…read morecheat and expect to lose weight. However, if you have the dedication to follow the program, you will lose weight! You will lose it quick. You will not lose your muscle like other lower calorie diets. You will feel better and your clothes will go to fitting you better, to not fitting at all. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teen and this has been the best program I've done. I feel like this will be the last because I am finally losing ALL my weight to goal (not halfway like usual) and learning how to cook at home AND eat out! You cook your own meals. You learn how to prepare food better for your body without sacrificing flavor. So even though it is strict on what you can eat, the variety of things you can create is huge. They have an extremely helpful cookbook ($19.99) that teaches you really easy and tasty meals. I needed it because I had Bo idea how to season food. I just always used garlic salt on everything. Now I've learned to use herbs and spices I was always to afraid to buy! I can make chicken curry!! I appreciate the nutritionists and doctors available to chat with. They believe in traditional and homeopathic/naturopathic medicine. They scan your body with this little machine to watch liver function and make sure your are not losing muscle (by cheating and not eating enough protein). I think the program is highly affordable! Especially for how effective the program is! I actually trust the staff here and do not feel like I am having products pushed on me. I feel like they genuinely concerned about my and all their client's health. I like their focus on the liver! I've never been to another weight loss clinic that focuses on overall body and organ health. This is not a diet for vegetarians. You do not eat rice or beans on this diet. It's a highly natural diet, no processed foods! If you feel like you can't follow this program right now, give yourself some more time huffing up stairs and not fitting in your clothes. Then reconsider how much being a healthy weight means to you :). You really should save your money until your truly ready to make a change in your life. Once you are, come visit the HCG center like I did and be amazed with your weight loss!

Donnie is an awesome personal trainer! Since starting with Donnie, I've been redefining my relationship with health and fitness & he has played a huge role in that. I've always played sports at a high-level since elementary, and became entirely burned out after playing varsity basketball all four years of high school & travel ball. After graduating, I hated playing and refused to go to the gym since I no longer "required" to go. Since 2011, I've had my short spurts of working out, but nothing stuck because I still despised working out. It wasn't fun. About 3 months ago, I was the heaviest I've ever been at 165 pounds (was consistently 130 pounds prior). That's when I contacted Donnie with my goal of dropping to 145 & overall just wanting to feel better. Fast forward to now: my association with fitness has become immensely more positive (joined a gym to play basketball, am learning to breakdance, look forward to group fitness classes, and am generally more active on a day-to-day basis), my strength has increased & gained muscle, I have a better idea of nutrition goals, and have lost about 5 pounds. I'm looking forward to seeing my results by the end of 2021 & am motivated to make these changes a new lifestyle, while continuing to have fun learning new fitness styles and physical activities!

We all have different goals, yet he's super patient, positive, and effective with each of us. All the trainees are also super supportive of each other. It's only gotten better since his rebrand as Torq and relocation to 1420 E Sprague. Donnie and this community are one of my favorite parts of my new life here. What to expect: small group training of 2-6 people, a cool app that helps you track your nutrition and fitness goals, and a trainer who's always on your side. And maybe if you're lucky some boxing circuits!
