Without going into account sensitive details, a dispute process takes 90 days, provisional credits are provided relative to the case. Trying to get card services representatives on the line is even difficult WHEN INSIDE THE BRANCH. I have too many other things to contend with than to have to sit & hold the line, or wait 90 days for a dispute. This just isn't the bank for a busy business person. They're too behind the times.
