Graybill - Myself and wife recently visited your Escondido office and was very much displeased…read morewith patient treatment. My wife had a pneumonia and needed immediate attention. She waited over an hour and never saw a physician. Only to be sent to the Emergency room hours later due to the cluster F^*) at this Escondido location. If we do not see a significant improvement to Graybill facilities, Sharp / Rees-Steely will be a much better option for folks needing medical services. Graybill feels like a cattle farm and IMO do not feel patients are getting the proper attention. The group needs the proper training on how to run a business. Stay away from Graybill. They do not deserve your business, and they certainly do not care if you move to a different provider. With that said, I will give Graybill 1 or 2 months to get their act together. I am not hopeful.

I went to the appointment. She walked in, asked "how she could help," in a polite, but clueless manner, I explained what I was being referred for. To which she briefly assessed me for and was like " no it doesn't look like you have this, can I help with anything else?" from start to finish I was literally out the door in 10 minutes upon entering the exam room. While she was polite, as were the staff, I really felt like this was a waste of my time and co-pay money.

My dad is very advanced in years. Just recently, it was noticed at his retirement home, by a med…read more tech that his breathing was very labored. She had EMT's take him to the ER at Palomar hospital. He was given a lot of tests which proved that he had a light case of pneumonia, low blood oxygen level, labored breathing because of fluid build-up and HEART FAILURE! He was kept in the hospital for three days. My dad was given six medications, including a diuretic for the fluid build up. He was supposed to go to his primary doctor the next day, however, that was Saturday. So he called Monday, and the doctor's office finally got him in on Wednesday! Supposedly, the hospital sent Dr. Chiang the information about the hospitalization. Dr. Chiang wouldn't look at the papers from the hospital that my dad had. After the visit, my dad was only supposed to finish his antibiotic and take one baby aspirin a day!! This is after a diagnosis of heart failure which causes fluid build up!! My dad wants a new doctor and I want a new doctor for him!!!!

Last Saturday, he went to ER at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, complaining of burning chest pain. They did a full work-up, but the ER Dr. said nothing was wrong with his heart and said it was indigestion, and sent him home. He continued to have chest pain throughout weekend and finally on Monday, my mother in law called the Dr. Chiang to explain his condidtion has worsened. Dr. Chiang said just take acid reducer and if gets even worse - take Tumms! He never even asked to see him in his office to evaluate him again. His pain got worse on Monday night and ended up at Palomar ER again, then on Tuesday he had 2 stents put in. While all this was happening, Dr. Chiang was unaware of his condition. He demonstrated "no follow-up" and lack of adequate care. My mother in law had to call him to tell him he had surgery! We highly discourage anyone from seeing this Dr!!
