I walked in today, at opening, on Christmas Adam, aka Christmas Eve Eve, for a new full set and pedicure. This place was hopping. It still didn't stop every employee from making me feel welcomed, giving me undivided attention, and making me look fab for Christmas. Lucky did my nails and I got a spa deluxe pedicure. I dropped a good dollar in here and left a good tip. They earned it. Might have found my new nail spot.

If you want to get your money's worth and not be rushed out because the more customers they see the more money they make, this is not the place to go. My girlfriend and I paid $45 each for a pedicure and neither one of us was pleased. Not a single one of my toenails look even but there are two that stand out with how slanted the guy cut and filed them. I did ask him to fix it, but he only made them worse. Then the part that I normally love the most which is the massage just felt like he was rubbing a thick layer on my legs with no pressure and it was awkward to say the least. The only thing I was semi-happy with was my nail color choice and his painting job. There are other salons in the area, try those first if you want a more enjoyable experience.

This was my first time here. The building is decorated very sexy and dim. The staff were personable and engaged in conversations. They were clean and speedy. My nails came out amazing

This is what I asked for

Very unhappy. I asked for a simple French tip with glitter (I posted my inspiration photo). I got an uneven, gloopy mess. The white covers over half of my nail bed. The glitter polish isn't even close to even. I wanted to like this place but I can recommend it. Plus the tech "lucky" kept filing my nail beds so closely. I kept telling him it hurt and he kept doing it. I'm sorry they need better techs with more experience. If you look closely at my middle fingertip you can see the glob of overcoat he didn't file too. Such a mess. But the business itself is beautiful, very well decorated and clean. I'll give them that much. $65 for this tho? No thank you. Now I have to go home and FIX my own nails.

Waste of time and money. This is how my nails look only an hour and a half after I left. While the girl was doing my nails I tried to communicate with her to say that she isn't doing a good job but she didn't understand any English, nor did anyone else there. However she was able to understand enough English in order to ask for the tip before she finished my nails! I definitely will not return there, it's a waste of time and money and now I need to do my nails again.

These are the disgusting tools and sponge she claimed to be NEW!!!

I just got a much anticipated pedicure and manicure, only to be completely disgusted and unsatisfied. The filthy technician brought out used tools, I did not realize until later seeing that EVERY other technician came out from the back with sealed tools that were sanitized. I immediately confronted my tech and she claimed that everything was clean and "new", referring to the buffing sponges and heel scraping sponge. I will NEVER be back again, gross!!

this was my first time at this salon and i enjoyed my overall experience. the reason it gets 3 stars is because for my pedicure no sheet was ever given to me for choices, i just got polish and lotion, which was disappointed because i was planning to opt for the fancy pedicure. the other thing is my nails themselves look great but the artist messed up my cuticles, and i was even bleeding on one. both of the men doing my nails didn't wear gloves either which was slightly concerning, especially the pedicure. but they appeared to be clean so i didn't say anything. my nails also look slightly grown out, but it doesn't bother me too much, just thought i'd mention it. but on the postive side: the services were well priced, the staff was kind, and the service was quick, so i may be back!

Called on Sunday didn't expect to get in they said come in. Husband had a great pedi. I did too. I felt a bit of up selling for myself but Kim (I think) did a good job even tho I stuck to a basic service. Mani was good not exceptional but I will be back. Good service and got us right in even tho it was busy. Highly recommend

What she got! Tore up her cuticles too!

Beautiful Cuticle Art Of Nails - What I wanted to

I really wanted to love this place and support a smaller neighborhood salon instead of driving into…read morethe next town... but this experience completely missed the mark. We originally wanted to book for Monday, but were told they wouldn't have enough staff and were asked if we could come another day. We accommodated them and booked for Tuesday instead -- so to say we expected proper service is an understatement. My visit actually started off great. The pedicure was lovely, and my niece was getting a beautiful nail set done by a male technician. Naturally, I felt confident when he started on my nails. We picked a design together, and he was doing a great job -- no issues at all. Then everything went downhill. The owner's girlfriend inserted herself into both of our services and completely disrupted what was already going well. She hovered, second-guessed, and then outright took over -- at one point literally grabbing my hand while he was still working on the other. From that moment on, everything felt rushed and uncomfortable. She started changing my design based on what she wanted, not what I asked for. Meanwhile, my niece's nails were also altered even though they were turning out beautifully -- and only fixed because she spoke up and had him go back to the original design. It became very obvious that this was all about rushing through our appointments to get to the next client. And that's just not okay. We both had scheduled appointments and even adjusted our timing for them, yet still didn't receive the time or attention we deserved. The most frustrating part? The technician clearly knew what he was doing. He was doing a great job -- until he was micromanaged and rushed. And to top it all off, when I wasn't happy, the solution offered was for me to come back another day so she could "finish" the design. No. I was excited about my nails that day, not next week. That completely missed the point. To add to the confusion, the pricing made absolutely no sense. My nails ended up being $10 more expensive, even though I only had one nail repair -- while my niece had two repairs and paid less. Make that make sense. We came in wanting to support a local business. Instead, we left feeling rushed, dismissed, overcharged, and like an inconvenience. If you're going to run a salon, let your technicians do their job, respect the clients in your chairs, and be transparent and consistent with pricing. Needless to say... we'll be going back to our usual salon.

Everyone is very friendly and they really seem to know about nail health. They also do an amazing…read morejob on designs. I had my nails painted as a French ombré and I couldn't believe they were my real nails and not fake ones with how good they looked! I only wish I lived closer. But I still will make the trip on occasion, especially for special events.
