Best Massage Ever! Danielle has hands like a goddess and I am so happy to have been blessed with a great pampering on my Saturday afternoon! I saw them at the Groupon, we went to have botox with my sister, we said we wanted to have twenty units each, they said it would not be enough and they sold us a product there for a higher price, we had the procedure done, when I went back a week or ten days later to say that only the middle of my eyebrow was lifted up and it looked terrible, they told me they had to do the same amount again, I had the procedure done, I paid a very high amount of money in total and I did not see what they used, even though I specifically asked for the botox brand, I did not see what they used, now 2 months after the procedure, it has no effect on my face, I received a terrible bad service, I was not satisfied at all, I do not recommend it to anyone read more

Update to answer the poor and unprofessional response from management (lost another star for that poor response, keeping one star for the only good point in all this which was the kind nurse who was probably overwhelmed at this point): - As noted in review, I have no allergies, yet a doctor who specializes in skin (hello dermatology!) suspected this and also theorized that your batch may have been bad. Automatically assuming it is ME and not YOUR product that may have been bad is extremely poor customer service and a quick way to pass the buck - Second, discomfort was noted and if my review was actually read, the nurse advised antihistamines post visit. But as mentioned (again if the review was actually read) you would see these pills were nothing more than placing a band aid on a broken dam wall. -Third, I NEVER requested nor wanted Restalyne. I was TOLD that Juvederm would not benefit those areas yet from research and a visit with a doctor prior (who I trust more at this point tbh) was told that it can be used in that same area. I was forced to "upgrade" otherwise my money and visit was pointless. I trusted your team. I shouldn't have. I've worked in customer service for years before working in another field and Im appalled and disgusted by this response which only makes your facility look worse. Your friends and naive visitors may keep posting rave reviews but what I'm hearing from actual medical professionals is the lack of experience at your facilities is across the board with quite the reputation. I wish I knew this before. Future clients be warned. Better to have your injections done under a direct doctor's eye because if something happens this place will just wipe their hands clean of you. And why would I reach out? I don't trust you guys at all. ***** I really wanted this to be a positive review but I have to warn others. First, the staff especially the RN is super friendly and felt like an old friend. One thing they're not lacking on is a warm atmosphere. However, the buck stops there. I began my visit doing a zoom visit with a supposed Dr asking general questions, "Am I allergic to anything?" Etc. Answer was no. I'm 43, never had allergies in my life. Once I was cleared the numbing agent was placed on skin. I noticed a burning sensation but didn't think anything of it. I've used lidocaine on my skin before for my many tattoos and we use it at the hospital I work at, so no reason for me to think anything was off. Proceed to the RN doing the injections. They used an "about to expire" vial of Restalyne, although I bought a Groupon for Juvederm, which was actually told was better for me a doctor at another facility in marina del rey. I paid an extra $200 for the change although I had already paid over $300. Again trusting the facility here. Once the injections began I felt my face swell. But again I thought this was a normal process. Once the injections were done, even the RN commented that she never seen redness like mine before along my laugh lines and I should take an allergy pill once I leave. I was like, "okay?" Now I began to worry. Once I left either side of my face felt like it was burning. Again, thought this normal. Flash forward to a few days post injection and I had full on burns on either side of my face. The skin proceeded to burn,scab ,peel off then leave some awful hyperpigmentation that will take MONTHS to heal. Now I'm under the care of my wonderful dermatologist and aesthetician who (in the derm Drs case) does fillers also (looking back I should have just went to him) and told me he has NEVER seen a reaction like this before and thinks it's either an allergic reaction or the batch was bad or both. Either way I have a long road ahead of me and have to live like a vampire avoiding the sun till the hyperpigmentation goes down. Not sure what happened here. First and LAST time getting fillers. Ever. At the end of day I'm just going to embrace my aging process and avoid med spas like the plague. I am traumatized. Pics to follow. read more

I don't know where to begin because I can't contain my happiness! I've been on a hunt for a med spa that actually caters and listen to my concerns without judgement and Escape Med Spa is the place. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 lovely receptionists at the front desk. I am an indecisive person at baseline, and they were extremely patient with answering my questions. If they didn't know the answer, then they had a nurse come and explain in further detail. Debbie was one of the nurses working that day. The only word I can use to describe her is AMAZING! She took the time and explained EVERYTHING to me. Unlike other places Ive gone to in the past, she didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. She was very honest and in the most loving way. She made me feel at ease. I ended up getting a B12 shot with her and let's just say, I've had mosquito bites that hurt more than how she injected me. I literally didn't feel a thing! She's just an all around gentle person, and you can see that she loves what she does. They were also able to squeeze me in to get Botox on my forehead which was done by another nurse name Brynn. She was great as well! She gave me a squeeze ball to hold onto in case it was too painful, and I forgot I even had it. I barely felt anything! I wanted to support new businesses, but unfortunately the staff is nice but the outcome was horrible. I also wrk at a med spa but we do not have dysport. I decided to go here because it's next to my wrk. The nurse was nice, but not experienced at all. Right when she injected there were huge bubbles next to the corner of my eye, my center brow area was bruised and it looked like I had a nose job. I made the mistake of getting injected the day of my vacation, but I've done dysport for the last 10 years and there has never been an issue. I ended with a black eye that lasted for almost 2 1/2 weeks on my vacay. Worst part is I still have wrinkles, it's like it never worked, it actually looks worst. The staff was nice enough to follow up and suggested that I do touch ups, I told them I wasn't comfortable of getting more injected with a black eye and didn't feel that I should pay for touch ups either due to my experience. They said, no problem, we can follow up in 2 weeks, now it's like ghost. Now I have a black line below the corner of one of my eyes after the black eye. I messaged them and no one responded. I requested a refund and no one answered too. I'm actually blinded by one eye, which I should specify in my new patient form, but god forbid if this eye went out too. It's really unfortunate.
