Another 10 mins and someone comes to our table asking if we were still wanting the burger we actually ordered and that we need to pay a dollar something for it. At this point, it's been 35 mins since we ordered and I still don't have the burger I asked for in front of me. The person "helping" us argued that nothing was their fault, they must have read the order back and I didn't correct them (we order two of the same burgers!) so I'd need to pay (not the issue, it's like $1) and wait some more for the right burger. I gave up and ate my by-thay-point cold burger. Honestly, this could have been so easily fixed. We were fine with our order being forgotten and I would have happily exchanged the burger I got for the one I ordered.
