On 2/7/2025 my mother sent me a package from NC to Alberta Canada using UPS STORE #7855 ones by…read moreChristina Stamper. She was not present in the store when she me the package. It was Aidan. My mother is elderly and did not know value of the packages. She trusted Aidan. The package was outrageously valued at over $2000USD, however only insured for $300US. This is the first issue I have. Brokerage fees are based on value. The higher the value, the higher the brokerage fees. When I discovered this 2/11/2025. I immediately called UPS and sent a correct invoice for the amount with evidence of the true value to UPS on 2/12/2025. Christina called my mother when she received my new invoice from UPS tell her, I increased the value and she needed to immediately come pay more insurance. This was untrue. I called Christina who was immediately rude and hateful, saying she did not do that. Then she talked over me to the point I could not respond. Christina then called my mother to say I was rude and mean. Christina emailed UPS, concerned with her brokerage account. Stating she would not accept my new invoice. My husband has reached out to her and now she refuses to answer us or UPS. Our package is now in limbo with no delivery guaranteed. The amount of duties and fees exceed the value of the package. This is what I was trying to resolve. I have been in contact with UPS which they state Christina is being uncooperative with them as well. As of today 2/18/2025, my package is set for delivery and it will not be delivered per UPS. This is being held up by Christina Stamper. Taking advantage of the elderly is something that should never be tolerated

Phones In2 cash

ATTENTION: READ BEFORE REPAIRS…read more These guys messed my phone up beyond repair and refused to do ANYTHING about it. Took my phone in to have my screen replaced with another identical phone I had and I let them keep the 2nd phone for parts. I went to pick it up and paid them and the guy working told me I had some lint down in my simcard tray and he took a tooth pick and got it out. I went to my vehicle and tried to make a call and got an error messaged that said please insert simcard. I checked the simcard tray and the sim card was in it. I took the phone back inside & told them it didnt work and they told me I would have to pay more for diagnostic then pay to fix whatever was wrong with it. I told them it was working fine before they swapped my screen and they even told me they stuck a qtip in my sim card tray. "I know there was not any lint in it, the phone worked great even with a cracked screen." They refused to fix my $1600 phone that they broke without me paying them to fix it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES that can NOT take responsibility for there actions. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THE OWNER REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PHONE OR PAY ME FOR IT. He stood behind his employees so he as well wasnt responsible for there actions and it wasnt money out of there pocket! #straightGARBAGE! Does not even deserve one star, but had to select it to warn everyone else of there secrets, and how they do business, and could care less about there customers. Wish I wouldn't have e paid for that screen repair now or gave them a phone for free cause now I have no option but to go pay $1600 out of MY POCKET again....smfh! If you choose to give this company your money, THATS ON YOU! but if you read my review, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I spent several hundred dollars in there, mostly for the poor quality vape mods they sell, not telling the truth about the quality and not helping at all with troubleshooting. Instead the problem was always my fault, the batteries, I was vaping too much, etc. The last straw was the 70 bucks I spent on a faulty vape mod and they would not let me return it the next day and argued with me like I was stupid. They are arrogant and condescending. I have found a much better store with staff who really want to help me! Avoid this place!!
