Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. We get in for the night, next morning we walk back to Bill's and the car is ready to go and it's 10am! I called the first towing company that came up on my search and it was A1 towing. I explained my problem and they were there faster than I thought they'd be. The gentleman that came to assist was named Wes and he could not have been more professional or kind. Instead of just towing my car, he went through every probable cause to see if he could get it running. This is the first time I had ever seen a business put the customer over making a buck! When he couldn't find the problem he hooked up my car then actually drove me home! I lived out of his way and yet he never charged me for gas. He suggested a mechanic and towed my car there. Come to find out, after an hour on the phone, Good Sam doesn't cover that area, AAA doesn't cover RV's, and several towing services also don't cover that area or don't service RV's. So we decided to try to drive to the next town 23 miles away and hope we could find a garage in the morning. 10 miles or so down the road was a big truck stop, so we pulled off, and as we drive up to it see Economy Towing. We pulled into their lot, called the # on the sign for after hours help, and within 10 minutes, two people were there to take care of us. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they had the exact replacement tire in stock! They had us taken care of and on our way in less than an hour! I ended…read moreup calling back several times to cancel and rebook the tow, and the ladies who I spoke to (Kathy and Nadine) were very sweet and helpful each time, despite my indecisiveness about booking the tow. Once I did decide to, they dispatched the driver within 2 hours, and I met him at my vehicle. Cole was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was also kind and had a great attitude--considering it was snowy, wet, and 40 degrees out. He didn't complain once, and even tried to make me feel better about the situation I got myself in. He worked quickly and assessed the situation. Once he decided what to do, he explained it to me and asked if I wanted to hang out in his rig and watch. He ended up pulling my vehicle out without causing any damage, and then followed me down the hill to make sure I was able to get out. I was really impressed by him and I really loved his attitude. I would highly recommend their service. The fee was extremely reasonable given how difficult and miserable the conditions were.
