A homeless settlement was on my land. Multiple structures, tents, and enough trash that it looked like a plane had crashed along the hillside. I exercise on the Gladis Park trails and those camps have nothing on mine. I had the bum king's fortress of trash to deal with. I texted the number on the website and had a response within hours. Ed said he would come out that day. I met Ed and showed him the destruction. Cool as a cucumber he tells me, it's a big mess but they can handle it. I was suspicious because we all know how this works. I'm still waiting for the gutter guys to return my call. I want to tell all of you, this was an amazing experience. Ed handled the logistics of, well, everything. I didn't have to do a thing once the process started. He updated me daily, sent pictures, handled the cops, the neighbors, and the mess. I was in disbelief how professional these guys were. I wish my doctor made me feel as cared for as Ed and his crew. I can't thank you guys enough. You turned a disaster into a mild speed bump. After about six months the front yard started dying. I paid them to put in a back patio, which they did, howeve, I also paid them to seal and gloss coat it, which they never did. I also paid them to install a pad for an outside shed. Which that never did. Now. Two actuators on the sprinklers they installed are faulty. This has cost me greatly. Bottom line. Their install is good. However, don't expect them to honor their work. Dozens and dozens of calls were made in an attempt to have them fully complete the job. Which they have not done. My sprinkler system has gross leaks, and they can not be bothered to fix the bad system components of which they installed under warranty, which is now over due e stall tactic. All said and done, if you want something done right with peace of mind that your purchase will be covered if something goes wrong. Do not hire these guys...period.. As soon as you pay. That go away. So far after almost two years. Patio not sealed (paid for), shed pad not installed (paid for), multiple sprinkler actuators faulty (3 should be under warranty, paid for), now a leaking irrigation that they won't look at.

Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.
