I purchased a car hauler trailer from these people. When they delivered it to my home I asked if it had been fully checked out and serviced and was told that they do this to every trailer before it leaves their lot. The first time I used it I found that one of the four wheel bearings was extremely loose. I also noticed that two of the deck boards were split thru. I called and spoke to Alicia who said to bring it in. When I got there she agreed the boards looked bad and said that the wood was not ever warrantied on their trailers. She agreed to look at the wheel bearings and replace the boards and stated several times she was doing for good customer service. I delivered the trailer on a Friday and finally was called and told my trailer was ready to pick up on the following Wednesday. When I got to the lot I noticed they had replace the wrong boards. I pointed it out to Alicia who immediately went on the defensive and acted like I was in the wrong for wanting the boards replaced. Rather than say B and V made a simple mistake and talk civil to try to come to some sort of agreed solution she made it seem as if I was being unreasonable to ask that a new trailer I paid thousands of dollars for I should expect it to be in new condition. How dare I question her. My grievance is that they told me that all their new trailers are inspected and ready to go before leaving the lot and obviously that is not the case. Once the trailer was inspected we found that three of the four wheel bearings were very loose and not safe for the road or a load of any kind. As for the deck wood situation regardless if it is warrantied or not any logical person would expect the wood on a brand new trailer would last longer than two months. Alicia needs to learn better customer service and how to talk to customers. Had she spoke to me in a civil matter and not made it seem like I was in the wrong to expect quality work I would not be writing this. In the end I left and my trailer still is not fixed. Do yourself a favor and do not buy your trailer at B and V enterprises in Roseburg Oregon. I can only speak of the person I dealt with and that is Alicia Goodson and she does not know what good customer service means. One suggestion would be to stop doing all the talking and listen to your customer. In my case if you would have just heard me out we could have come to an agreement. I would have been willing to work with you on this and make this right but you would not stop talking long enough to hear what I had to say. read more
