Then I got another email from them where they said the company no longer was at that location- so which is? So they tried 3 times at a company that wasn't doing business there but never notified me of this? Doesnt even make sense.

I specifically needed someone who speaks Spanish because my fifteen year old daughter was not able to break down some of the complicated information for me. The services are very fairly priced, and the value you get for your money is truly incredible because they do so much more than just process service. They guided us through the entire court system with so much care. Although the owner is not an attorney, he was able to connect me with a lawyer while also guiding me to the specific departments in the courthouse that could assist me as a pro se litigant. This shop…read morenot only completed the repair, but they went beyond the basic repair, matched up the metal rings to make the bag look more polished than it was when I first bought it, and sewed unobtrusive black leather patches over the canvas around the rings to make sure that the rings wouldn't tear through the canvas again. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The repair wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny. They do excellent work.
