They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. It says "see attendant for receipt". I finally figure out that one of the women folding clothes was the attendant and asked her. She spoke zero English so her young daughter tried to translate. No luck on how to get a receipt however. Then I look for the WiFi sign with a password. NOTHING. So I ask the daughter of the attendant and she says "yes there's WiFi but she doesn't know the password". Strike two. Giving up and just wanting to sit to wait, I look around for a chair. Nowhere to sit and wait! So now I'm standing here uncomfortably watching my clothes spin as I can't get on WiFi to do my work on my laptop. Loaded with money, added detergent, waited til machine started moving then placed an alarm. 30 minutes later I'm back and clothes are completely dry. Not a drop of water on the clothing.
