Julisa is a horrific human! She has no empathy or sense for doing what is right or fair for the…read morecustomer. I had an appointment to service my vehicle for a defect. Show up at the time (early morning) and date of my appointment. No loaner is available despite being one of the first appointments of the day... I have to pick up my kids from school in the afternoon and can leave the vehicle until the and return it after that's done. Alright let's figure out how to work around that right? Nope, Julisa said 'if you can only leave the vehicle for that short of a period of time, you might as well reschedule' Wait, what? If I need the vehicle for 1hr or less of the day to pick up my kids and can return it after since there is no loaner available then I have to reschedule for another time there is also no guarantee of a loaner being available? Makes no sense. After her rude and condensing attitude, I left and called corporate customer service to complain. Did anyone from Camarillo ever call me back? Nope. I rescheduled my service for weeks later (next available appointment) in Thousand Oaks and was able to get taken care of WITHOUT the rude attitude AND got a loaner vehicle without issue. Customer service is about find ways to solve a customer's concern... Julisa doesn't adhere to that mindset. If you're having a great day and need to be knocked down a few pegs, stop by Tesla of Camarillo and try to get help from Julisa... she'll have your spirit broken in short order and ruin your day for you. Tesla needs all the positive customer experiences possible right now and Julisa is single-handedly undermining that goal one customer at a time. I hope that someone at Tesla reads this and takes action... I'm sure I can't be the only customer to have voiced concern over her toxic attitude and 'Karen' approach to service.
