I had to finance the $3995, which cost $450, but I had no other options. The staff at Affordable dentures are quite nice, and the experience is somewhat assembly-line; the Dentist never introduced himself, and was a man of few words, splitting time between patients. The prosthetic 3-teeth bridge was in my opinion a bit too tall in size, in comparison to the neighboring teeth, but not a problem. Overall, not a bad experience, and cheaper than the other implant providers.

The first time I went in I got the cheapest dentures and it was great experience now I've gone and they've taken my $3000 upgraded to the most expensive dentures cause I wanted something better. It's been going on three months. My gums are feeling like they're abscessed. The reason I went to begin with is because the cheaper ones are just not doing the job anymore I can't chew with them. They're causing extreme pain. when I went in the first time for the most expensive dentures, everything seemed to go good. I went in that morning to approve the ones that they had ready and they were nice. They worked so I went back a couple of days. I thought I was going in to be able to get them when they brought them to me. They were not what I had approved. I don't know what happened there. Someone messed up. They were trying to make me settle with these for a $3000 cost and it was just not acceptable so do you had to re-order the teeth and I've been going in every week I wanted to get these dentures because the holidays coming up I can no longer chew with them. I'm losing sleep. I'm on pain medication for other things not associated with this and that pain medicine won't even touch the pain I'm going through now and they simply refuse to get me in earlier like they had promised in the first place, which would've been the Wednesday before the fourth now because they don't have the help needed. I've been put off till the 15th. they have no concern over what pain this is causing me and they're not taking into consideration how long I've been going to them trying to get this done. They have one patient that's waited a year. I completely understand that patient going first, but it should be first in first out. I will never recommend this office to anyone and anywhere that I can put a review up to help someone else from going through this. I will do so stay away from this office because you have to pay upfront and once they get the money they could care less if they get you your product.

Chanel called in the morning before surgery and also called in the evening to check on me, I was so impressed. I spent over $8,000 at Aspen Dental in Dawsonville, GA for dentures with what they called a seven-year "warranty." In reality, that warranty is so restricted it's almost worthless. They advertise "Emergency, we've got you covered," but that claim is completely misleading. My dentures--still under warranty--snapped clean in half on a Sunday morning. When I called, there was no help, no guidance, just a generic recording basically telling me to call 911 for emergencies. That's not emergency dental care--that's passing the buck. I had an important public engagement the next day and was left completely on my own. No options, no support, nothing. After spending thousands of dollars, I ended up trying to piece my dentures back together myself just to be presentable. That's unacceptable. It gets worse. When I contacted another Aspen Dental office in Cornelia, GA, I was told my warranty only applies to the original Dawsonville location. So despite being a large national chain, they don't stand behind their work across locations. If you move or aren't near that one office, your "warranty" is effectively useless. From the beginning, these dentures have been a problem. After months of discomfort and adjustments, I was finally told my bone structure was too thin for proper implant placement--something they somehow didn't mention until after the procedures, the payments, and months of issues. That should have been addressed before any work was done. Between the misleading advertising, lack of emergency support, restrictive warranty, and ongoing problems with the dentures themselves, this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with a healthcare provider. If you're considering Aspen Dental, be very careful. What they promise and what they actually deliver are not the same.
