This is factual and I am a general contractor, so I clearly know. An increase from a 5 bedroom to 6 bedroom and additional 247 sq/ft definitely increases the tax amount by 1500. Shall I attach a copy of the email where you state that increased sq/ft doesn't increase property value? Not accurate.... You state you lowered my property amount to less than 2023. This was because Pflugerville lowered their tax rate to accommodate increase prices, had nothing to do with you.
