I don't know how many years exactly, but it's been well over 15 years. The current staff is a superlative group of professionals who are friendly and personable. The practice uses the latest technology that assists well in the service to customers. The hygienist, Christine, is exceptional and always looking to improve my comfort level while providing excellent service. Ginny, who assists the Doc with procedures, etc., is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Debbie, the receptionist is helpful and kind especially when I call with a problem. Dr. Soria, a graduate of OSU, provides exemplary dental services, fillings, bite guards, troubleshooting pain, providing appropriate referrals, or whatever is needed to help the me, the customer, to be confident and pain-free in my daily life when it comes to dental services. Having been a customer all these years, I consider these folks to be friends as well as dental professionals. After several failed attempts of a retainer they still will not give me my money back. She also messed up putting in a simple cavity and I had to make another trip back due to the awful pain I was in. The dental assistants struggled with x-rays and cleaning as well. Amy had adorable pet photos in her room and told me all about her fur babies. Amy did such a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. She was so thoughtful to hand me chapstick to keep my lips moist throughout the cleaning. She gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and told me of any teeth that needed extra attention or might need some repairs soon. Once she was completed with my cleaning Dr. Marsh checked her work. He is very kind and personable. One thing to note is that he is a perfectionist. He will often want to fix cosmetic related things with your teeth, and is honest if it is necessary dental work or just aesthetic. I got a groove in my tooth filled on based on his recommendation that not only will my tooth look nicer, but it will help the aggravation he was starting to see near my gum line. I will always go back to Dr. Marsh for my future teeth cleanings and dental work. There is simply no better dentist in the area.
