Eric called to check in with me before starting the operation where he introduced himself. He was courteous, friendly, as well as professional. When he arrived, he reviewed his plan of action succinctly and completed it in no time at all. Before leaving, he updated me that everything went smoothly and without any issues. They gave me a nice looking hand drawn diagram with the cost break down. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. They installed the system well and I has been operating without any issues for the past 6 seasons. You just need them once to close up for the season. They will book that appointment for you. And that cost is reasonable as well. Maybe I'm the outlier but I've been very happy with Tradewind.

The 7 zone system he installed is fully function and meets my needs. The reason for the low rating is because the plumber he hired to plumb the back flow did not pull a permit and did not install the system to code. I found this out when the inspector swung by while he was inspecting the neighboring house. I was a little pissed about this especially after I just paid $500 for the non-compliant system. I called Jamie about 10 times, texted 25 times to try and get ahold of him. His voicemail box is always full and he almost never returns calls. We did chat about resolving the issue twice but there was never any resolution and I'm done calling. I'm just going to hire another plumber to pull a permit and install a compliant back flow. I wish we could have resolved this and I could have given a stellar rating but yelp exists for this exact reason. I would not recommend tender touch to handle your job. They will come out and do your job but as soon as you pay you mean nothing.

Today, someone showed up unannounced, again. I asked if my husband had been contacted because I didn't get a call and it was, "Oh yeah, I'm sure they did because they always do." I called my husband while he stood at the door, and once again, no call. I told the man while my husband was on the phone no contact was made, his expression turned irritated and then "Crap, now what do I say?" So unprofessional and they raised their prices.
