They installed an Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2, paired it with ELEVATE upper control arms, and mounted Method MR703 wheels with Toyo Open Country AT3 tires--the truck turned out absolutely perfect. Ken also tracked down the Heritage Wheel caps that I wanted. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to off-road and suspension setups. Fitment, alignment, and overall attention to detail were spot on. The LC250 rides smooth, handles better than stock, and looks incredible. I brought my car in first thing in the morning for a check engine light and had already requested a loaner in advance when I scheduled. Check-in was quick, but the issue was with the loaner process. I was told there were no cars available and no timeframe was given. I waited over an hour with no updates. The rental staff was unprofessional and not considerate. I was also told only Mercedes loaners were allowed, which contradicts my past experiences here. There was no effort to offer any kind of solution. On top of that, the environment felt very unprofessional--at one point, a male manager was giving a massage to a female employee in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Due to the lack of a loaner, I ended up taking my vehicle back without getting it serviced and will be finding another location to address my check engine light. Very disappointing experience overall. I will not be returning.
