The first visit was after my AOS malfunctioned and a coolant-line T-adapter broke, causing all of the coolant to leak out of the system. Thankfully, I caught it in time before it led to anything more serious, like a blown head gasket. Young diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired everything safely. He was extremely knowledgeable and, more importantly, honest in his assessment. I could have upgraded to a new AOS, but he was upfront in telling me it wasn't necessary at the time. It's hard to find an honest shop, especially in automotive work, but Autotuned has consistently earned my trust. There's no unnecessary upselling, no gimmicks, and no pressure. Just straightforward recommendations and quality service. My second visit was for AC service, an oil change, and fluid top-offs. Once again, the work was honest, clear, and professionally done with no BS. Every service I've received has been fairly priced, and I'm genuinely grateful to have Young as my local mechanic. Highly recommend Autotuned to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy service for their car.

This place is a legit professional exhaust shop. I searched around based on reviews and past…read moreexperiences with other muffler shop. Some places slap stuff on and send you out. It will work, but not always be the best. This shop takes pride in the work they do. Owner is friendly and personable. I even chatted him up regarding welding, and he openly took the time to teach/show me some things to try as practice to learn better welding. This was not even related my my job!! I consider my job pretty simple... for my skill level (shade tree mechanic). I did not want to deal with it in my driveway. So I needed a shop that I would trust to do it as I would do it. I would take my time and get it right. No Wham,Bamm thank you mamm stuff. Here is an example of the little details you want in a professional shop. When putting on the clamps for the exhaust tips the owner (Sorry, I forgot your name, my bad) rotated the clamps in such a way that they would never be noticeable (clamp bolts) from the rear. This car is low and it probably would not have mattered but I know from experience from other shops that they would have just slapped the clamps on. Would have it worked? Yes. "Professional detail" no. The details matter and that is how you know you are dealing with someone that cares about the service they provide you. My job was a Corsa cat back exhaust on a 2024 Ford Mustang GT. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. Not like some other shops where it just seems like the person is guessing half the time. I work on my own project cars. So I have a certain skill level and sometimes I am that person that is guessing on how to do something. This shop was none of that. Professional and knowledgeable all the way. I will be letting everyone I know about the shop for their exhaust needs. You get what you pay for. The prices at this shop are fair, competitive and totally reasonable. Seriously I felt like I got a bargain just based on how professional the shop was. Side note- The owner has legit welding skills too. I saw examples. I would not hesitate for him to weld anything I needed done. NOT RELATED TO THIS SHOP AT ALL... Just a personal rant about some Yelp reviewers... Again NOT RELATED to this shop or any reviews of this shop...My two cents on Yelp reviews overall where people say they felt over-charged or they know they can get something cheaper. Look, you are paying for someone's skill and overhead (of the business). Stop thinking it is okay to scr3w skilled professionals of their labor because you think it SHOULD cost less. Seems you do not have the skills or understand the knowledge need to do skilled jobs you want someone to preform for you. First off just remember EVERYTHING is more expensive now. Then there is a big difference between doing a job correctly and doing a hack job that will be "good enough'. If you are one of those "good enough" shoppers, then stop leaving bad reviews all over Yelp for business that are actually trying to give you a professional and correct service. Those businesses are NOT trying to rip you off... they are trying not to screw you with shoddy service,

I have brought a few of my cars here over the years and the team at Impex Motorsports have…read moreperformed nothing but great and honest work. I first stumbled upon Impex when I brought in my recently purchased Supra in for an alignment. As Harry was working on it, he had noticed the arms were slightly bent from a previous owner, and would result in being unable align to spec. He walked through the issues found with me and provided detailed paperwork to show to the original dealership which resulted in them repairing under warranty the next day. Diagnostic spot on. Not only that, he voided the cost of alignment due to damages by seller and did not charge for the diagnostic. Fast forward a few years later and that level of honest and detailed work has not missed a beat. Every time there is a potential underlying issue that can disrupt the job or come back to bite customers in the behind in the future, they will not hesitate to inform customers of it prior to doing work. I will continue referring them to friends/family and coming here myself if I ever need work done to my vehicles beyond my control. They are one of the few honest shops around!

I don't know much about cars, but I know I can trust Harry and Ken. I recently came in to replace my headlights from many years ago. I did a diagnosis a few days prior and received a call back once the parts were delivered. They upgraded my headlights at the same rate, if not better, than when I purchased them from 2022. They installed custom fog lights for my Scion a while back as well. When I had issues, they always honored any warranty and fit me into their schedule within the same day. If I'm doing a service at Toyota and ask for proof of the old car part on the work order, it's unlikely they'll save the removed piece. At Impex Motorsports, Harry saved the removed parts without my request. Harry and Ken demonstrate integrity and honesty which are the reasons I keep coming back.
