Great job on our Ford Ranger wirh canopy. Full detail made the entire truck shine from under carriage to roof from bumper to bumper and inside seats to floor mats. Even the wheel wells looked new. The ceramic coating should last 18 months. It was a bit spendy but worth it. They were concerned that we liked their work and were very respectful. I moved to Yuma a year ago and didn't have my car detailed since I moved. The dust build up was really bad inside and under the hood. Erick personally answered my call and made an appointment for me. Paid $1,200 for a 10 year ceramic coating. I was told by Erick that the coating was hydrophobic (water would just bead up and fall off). Within the next week, it rained and my car had water spots. I thought maybe they would go on their own. They haven't. I am in Santa Monica, CA at this time. And had another car detailer who does ceramic coating look at it. He told me he was sorry that I paid so much for how my car looked and questioned the "ceramic coating". After trying a few numbers (which the number descripted on the Yelp page is not correct), Erick asked when I would be back in Yuma so he could make it right. I told him I didn't know, as I am working out in California. Furthermore, Since this is the affect of his work, I really don't want his service again. My vehicle is a 2022 Toyota GR86. Granted it had some invisible swirls from a microfiber cloth during transportation but there are many many swirls on the vehicle now (I'm thinking from the buffing machine he was using). I don't know if what was truly applied was wax for all I know (it looked shiny at the time). I asked Erick for a PARTIAL refund of the total amount paid for which he said no and stated that his website descripted "no refunds". Which I could not find anywhere. Please take your vehicle to another business. Especially if it's new and see certifications. Save yourself some heartache. read more
