I ordered the deluxe five rolled beef tacos menu item. The tacos were cooked fresh to order and weren't over fried, which I really appreciated. For my taste, there was a little too much lettuce and tomato, and I would have preferred more cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I will definitely customize them that way when I go back this weekend. Erickbertos is the closest Mexican restaurant to my house, and I love Mexican food. However, I hadn't been there in about two years because the last time I went, the food was so terrible.... and it is really hard to make bad Mexican food. Got the enchilada & taco combo. Really flavorless food. Their hot sauce is overly hot maybe to help compensate for lack of flavor? When I called in the order we asked to have the tacos wrapped separately so they'd make it on the long drive home out of the enchilada sauce.
