I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience honestly deserves one…read more I drove over an hour for a 3:00 PM appointment and waited until after 4:00 PM before finally being seen. When Dr. Roger Hess entered the room, instead of focusing on the appointment, he began offering explanations for his late arrival. I made it clear that the excuses were not my concern and that I wanted to move forward with the appointment professionally. What immediately stood out to me was that while I was addressing the situation, he was smiling and laughing, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional given the circumstances. Shortly after that, it became obvious he had not reviewed my referral and did not even know why I was there. At one point, he commented that he would need to read through the 10-page VA referral during the appointment itself, which confirmed he was completely unprepared. As both a veteran and a counselor, I understand healthcare offices can run behind at times. However, being over an hour late, unprepared, and unfamiliar with the reason for the visit is not acceptable--especially after a patient drives a significant distance for care. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and unproductive medical appointments I have experienced.

After immediately taking some x-rays of my mouth area, the doctor found the issue, and he extracted two of my wisdom teeth. Thank you, Dr. Vombergar and staff, for such a wonderful experience and for caring about your patients!

My last visit was the first time I actually needed any work done other then a cleaning, and I was very pleased.....it was probably the most painless procedure I've ever had. He took a ton of time making sure the surface of the filling was properly adjusted for my bite; I've had work done other places where it took me months to feel like my bite was normal, but here, I walked out feeling great.

I now live about 45 minutes away and I still continue to drive to go and see him twice a year. My husband even now drives that distance to see Dr. Sebbio. His dental hygienist, Jennifer, is wonderful. She's far more gentle than anyone else whose ever done a cleaning on me. Dr. Sebbio is the only dentist I don't dread going to see. It's a very small office and everyone is friendly. They accept a ton of insurances but even without insurance, their cleanings, exams and x-rays are very reasonably priced.

Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they didn't make me feel embarrassed about not having been seen in a while. Alycia did my cleaning and Jessica did my husband's cleaning. Both ladies were friendly, gentle, and explained everything they were doing and the why behind it. Dr. Fike came in and introduced herself and discussed the practice and the services they offer. There was no pressure to agree to any of the other services they provide, like clear aligners for cosmetic purposes. Karen at the front desk was so accommodating and cheerful. There were a few other ladies in office who were also friendly and greeted us, but I didn't catch their names. I also have an adult son with level 2 Autism and he has anxiety and some ticks that are associated with his anxiety. The staff was super patient and made sure he was comfortable with everything they were doing. He liked his appointment and is not afraid to go back. Highly recommend this office and staff
