I have built a home and renovated 3, and I have not worked with a painting company as good as Harmony. They painted my exterior that was both siding and brick. I did a white and black modern scheme, and neighbors walk by and comment how great it looks. Carlos was the project director and Sergio the crew leader, and both were a pleasure to work with. They answered my questions, were respectful of my property, and came back 2 days later for touch up. The job site was always clean. I am already getting a quote for the to paint my kitchen cabinets!

HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

Josh who provided the initial estimate made good recommendation regarding paint sheen for the different surface types, and asked several questions about things I had not even thought of such as front and back colors for doors.. While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. I would highly recommend Singletrack team. Professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable on what was needed for the job. and the total price was very competitive with the other 5 bids I got.

Rafael was always available and responded immediately. After the work was done, he kept checking to see how things were and if we needed anything that wasn't satisfactory. Their work ethic and quality were impressive and I will use them any time I need work. Will have them do our deck. Highly recommend them! All other things being equal (which actually was not the case with the bids) I liked supporting a local small business. Rafael was responsive via email and text. He made some adjustments to the initial bid after I changed my mind on some smaller items. We had all of the exterior trim on the house painted and almost all of the interior rooms. The crew was on time every morning and finished ahead of schedule. They took care taping and covering to prep the painting areas. The crew did miss one section of the living room wall above the windows, and I didn't catch it during the final walkthrough. I texted Rafael expecting him to say the work was finished as of the walkthrough. But no! He sent someone to finish it the very next morning. I was thrilled. Palmira was a great company to work with. We hired Next Gen Painting for a large, multi-level interior project at our home in Bailey, and I…read morewould recommend them without reservation. Ryan was outstanding to work with from the beginning. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry, patiently answered detailed questions, responded even on weekends, and was extremely flexible with a tight pre-move schedule. He made several trips to Bailey and even brought four Sherwin-Williams samples matched to the colors we were considering so that we could evaluate them together in the house. The quotation was competitive and transparent, and there were no surprise charges. Pablo and the crew did exceptional work. We used three colors, including intentional color transitions across the main level, and the lines and edges came out beautifully. The finish is extremely consistent. The patching may have impressed me most: we had removed numerous wall-mounted items and left behind holes, anchors, and other damage, and in many places you simply cannot tell that anything was ever there. They also covered some very saturated old wall colors beautifully in only two coats. They were extremely careful with the house, masked and protected everything thoroughly, moved things as needed, and even removed and reinstalled our wall-mounted TV. They also worked around a dishwasher technician and other things happening at the house and still finished the project in about three and a half working days. Pablo and Ryan were both meticulous during the final walkthroughs and took care of even very small touch-ups without nickel-and-diming us. The quality, communication, flexibility, professionalism, and overall ease of working with them were excellent. We will absolutely call Next Gen again when we are ready for future painting projects.

I didn't love the idea of painting brick, so Ryan suggested a stain product. I was remote and couldn't attend the estimate. Ryan went to my property and consulted with me via phone. When the work started, communication throughout was superb. The crew's tenacity blew me away, and their attention to detail was especially impressive. It is the best experience I've had with a contractor as a homeowner. They nailed it (construction pun intended).

Met…read morethe sales rep the first time, they worked a bid and I noticed some things were missing so I called them back a second time to walk the job to ensure thorough communication. The second bid still had some details missing so I called the rep back to clarify some points. That was my first mistake, to think they would keep their word outside of what was written in their "contract " (in quotes because as a legal document, it is horribly written. First day of work comes around and they are obviously rushing the job. I let it slide because overall the crew seems competent, minus maybe the lead who answers every question with "that is not in the contract" for everything, including things obviously in the contract. The first error is painting a room the wrong color, "it's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is. Day two and they are "done". I look around and they filled no holes and did zero sanding "It's not in the contract!" Gabino says. Turns out it is.. He calls a manager, gets told to do it and he himself comes back to fix it and give a second coat of paint on a room they completely missed. This second coat ends up looking worse than the first coat somehow as he tries to freehand the transition lines and messes it up badly, and still manages to completely miss one wall of the room they previously already missed. Obviously Gabino has better things to do than your job. Called manager and they come out to acknowledge this is their responsibility and then radio silence for a week. Finally the owner/"Chief Promise Keeper" calls me back condescending and not taking any responsibility for the botched job. I haven't mentioned yet how they did not use the paint grade that was agreed upon verbally multiple times. His resolution is "that sucks, these things happen". When somebody tells you who they are, believe them the first time. If you have to tell people you are a promise keeper, it's more than likely because you in fact are not. Steer clear and look elsewhere. Plenty of other quality painters out there to choose from. The owner also tried to bribe me not to write a review in exchange for them fixing their mistakes. Once we chose to go with them Alex went over paint colors and gave ideas/suggestions. He was extremely patient while we waited 3 weeks for our HOA's approval(kind of crazy). Once approved they began within a week and power washed and the crew was here daily, prepping, painting and always left our home clean. They were extremely hard workers and braced the heatwave we had with ease(they made it look easy that is). The time they took in prep was amazing, they paid attention to every last detail. Once the job was complete Alex came and did a walk thru and looked at everything with us, making sure we were happy and nothing was missed. Our house looked beautiful and we have gotten tons of compliments. The thing that also stood out was his communication and we didn't pay him until the job was complete.
