i have been working with this clinic since early in the year. sleep clinics are not known for the…read moredepth and clarity of their communication skills. this one is also short in that dept. but i have stuck with them because they are nearer to where i live and Dr. Ragu is earnest and persistent about sorting out the source of my inadequate sleep. something of note for all medicare patients: cpap devices are under a special trial and rental program which gives the physician time to make appropriate adjustments in the patient equipment and treatment and makes the equipment quite inexpensive by the end of the process. i had great difficulty with this part of the process. my trust in the process was very low. there were no attempts to explain it. Just trust us, basically. well that doesn't work well. this treatment belongs to me. until i searched the details, i was working in the dark. this process should, in end, get me to a well targeted treatment plan and the right equipment for my apneas. it took a while for me to come to this understanding. while the process is not perfect or totally wonderful, I would recommend Dr. Raguram's persistence and commitment to one's treatment. five stars for never giving up. five stars for being firmly encouraging even though his patient is very skeptical of the whole thing. for us patients information can be your friend here. sleep problems are hard to understand. ask questions. be persistent yourself. this is your treatment. your health will be improved if you can sleep well every night.

They told me everything was taken care of. After around 3 months I get a $362 bill for "Rental" of my BiPAP. They point blank lied to me. I would never suggest The Vancouver Sleep Center to anyone. I have an extreme problem with being lied to and SCAMMED!

We look at my lab work together, adjust meds as necessary, we talk about my life at home and how that might be impacting my health, we talk about my wellness activities...both physical and mental. He really does provide holistic healthcare, which I appreciate. I've been seeing Dr Reynolds quarterly for around five years.

The online search began with knowing that I wanted to find someone on the east side and knowing that I wanted a guy. Found him in Dr. John Reynolds, ND. This guy has helped me more than anyone else, including well, everyone. When you're not sick but just dealing with all the little naggy crap related to aging, well... Some of you know how it is. The staff is courteous and respectful. Katie, the office manager, is sweet and always helpful & CJ, the resident MA, gives the best jab this side of the pond. Soon I'll be starting neurofeedback with Dr. Shannon to try to eliminate my migraines, a malady that only developed in the last 5 years. How is that even possible? I'll let you know how it goes. I can't say enough about Dr. Reynolds, his staff, and Oregon Natural Medicine. So if you get the chance, choose them & say enough yourselves.

I have a 6-month-old who has always been super alert and somewhat fussy. She really never napped,…read morenot even as a newborn. I remember when she was 2 weeks old and was awake for 8 hours straight, and any attempt to put her down was met with lots of tears and screaming. She slept OK at night, but then the 4-month sleep regression hit us and she started waking up 5-7x per night! As a working mom, I knew I had to get this under control. When my daughter turned 4.5 months old, I started asking around for sleep coach recommendations. I had already read three books on sleep training, and I was active on various mom and sleep training Facebook groups. I tried a few tactics here and there, but saw no success and knew I needed help. Lauren came recommended by a couple of moms from my Baby and Me group. I reached out to her and two other local sleep coaches in the area, and hired Lauren based on her in-depth knowledge on the subject. And I am so glad I did! In fact, my husband and I both say that hiring Lauren was the best investment we've made in our daughter so far. Sleep is priceless! Lauren and I had a 2 hour consultation over Facetime, and a day later she sent me a custom plan. We agreed to not start the sleep training and nap training plan until I came back from my business trip because we needed 3 weeks of a repetitive schedule to make sure the plan stuck. But she did provide us with a transitional plan, which included tactics we could start right away to make sure the sleep training and nap training went smoothly. On day 1 of sleep training, my nanny had to hold my daughter for ALL of her naps, and she restlessly slept for those naps. That night as we attempted sleep training, she cried for 35 minutes and woke for an hour crying (we used the Ferber Method). By the end of the first week, my daughter was taking two long naps totaling over 3 hours per day, and she was consistently sleeping through the night. The best part of this is she now knows how to independently fall asleep on her own! Lauren was available via text and email every step of the way. She provided fantastic real-time advice and support. She did a great job at setting expectations for me as well. I would highly recommend Laura to any parent who desperately needs to get some ZzZzs at night!
