Very professional and diligent. Brought in my young child and they were treated with wonderful care. I can't recommend enough.

I simply asked the clinic to hold my account until the matter was resolved, but instead of showing patience or compassion, I was discharged as a patient and accused of being verbally insulting. The reality is that I have only been treated rudely and unfairly by the clinic staff. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me has added significant and unnecessary stress while I am already navigating postpartum recovery and caring for my baby. Patients deserve compassion and respect, not to be dismissed during an ongoing insurance investigation. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and mistreated, and I hope no other patient has to go through what I have. Response : I am disappointed by the clinic's response. My reviews reflect my actual experiences as a patient and are not "harassment." The billing issue relates to an ongoing error with OHP, and I have been instructed not to pay until it is resolved. I have never engaged in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff, and I find it concerning that such examples were suggested in connection with me. I hope this matter can be addressed with professionalism and respect.

All the providers are great! We see mostly Gabe F. due to our schedule, but we love everyone at the clinic. Recommend!

We came to see Dr. Anna Waters exactly two years ago for severe apraxia. The only word my daughter,…read morewho was two years and 4 months at the time, could say was "mama". It took us a few months to master "up" and "in". Dr Waters told us from the beginning that our daughter will speak. One of our first goals was to pronounce two syllable words correctly in a year's period of time. We were there in six months. Dr Waters incorporated innovative sensory integration technique called PROMPT into our sessions and saw us 2-3 times per week. Now, two years later, my daughter utters 3-5-4 word sentences like "Mama how was your day?" and "what is this?". She even said lately "mama called and doctor said no monkey in the bed". Her speech and language continue to rapidly improve. Dr Waters is effective and passionate about what she does, always available to talk to, and truly cares about her patients. She goes well beyond your typical medical practice in presenting your child's case to the insurance, providing you with first class care and helping your child to develop its true potential. Very talented and dedicated therapist and a wonderful person.

However, around the 6th session he got very frustrated during a task and threw a toy at her. No one was injured and of course throwing like that is never okay. However, her response was to abruptly end the session--she literally said, "You need to grab your purse and leave". We left quickly and without protest in shock. I left a voicemail and two emails asking if we could chat about the situation before she responded 5 days later and she showed zero empathy or vested interest in us. She said that situation is a time for parenting, not speech therapy, and she just doesn't deal with it. We started speech therapy so that he can find his words and here was an opportunity to teach and I felt we were punished for the exact thing we were seeking her help to improve. I spoke to at least 4 other speech therapists to get their opinion and all of them said they would never just end a session like that (particularly because he wasn't throwing a tantrum--it was a single act of frustration and then he looked to her for a response and because of his age) and one even said RUN from that type of provider. At that point, the trust was gone and we ended all future services.

I did a search for 5 star acupuncturists in my area and came across Chia Chia Cheng. I was skeptical and nervous, but found Chia Chia to be an amazing acupuncturist. I have to admit that having acupuncture on your feet is not comfortable, but the results were amazing. My pain went from a 10 down to a 6 within a couple visits. Within a couple months the left foot was 90% better and my right foot was 50% better. Unfortunately we moved to AZ in early May. Chia Chia not only worked on my feet but also my neck and back. I found amazing relief and would highly recommend her for your acupuncture needs. Side Note: Chia Chia works from her home office in Lake Oswego. I was a little leery about this until I met her for the first time. She has converted a portion of her garage into a separate and very nice acupuncture suite. She has a gated area that leads right to her office. It is a very comfortable and peaceful space and yes there is a restroom if needed. Do not let this be a concern. She is an amazing acupuncturist and I am so glad I did not let the fact that she worked from an office out of her home keep me from experiencing her amazing healing techniques.
