I felt the price was fair, and although the job took longer than we were originally told when we signed the contract, Tom (owner) discounted the balance at the end to make up for the delay in completing the project. Tom's crew was professional in every way during the process. The amount of heat coming from the older windows compared to the new ones on the east and west sides of our house is so much better. He took the time to make sure that I fully understood all the options available to me. I decided on hurricane windows and Matt gave us a great price for a great window. It took a few weeks to get the product, but as soon as they came in they sent an installer right away. The installation went super. They were very careful with removing and installing the windows, and did a total clean up before they left. One of the windows was delivered wrong from the supplier but Becky stayed in touch with me throughout the process. As soon as the replacement came they installed it. Very happy with my purchase.

Against my better judgement of dealing with him the first time I agreed to having him install when another company never followed up. WHAT A MISTAKE! The minute he got my check on Jan 21 and cashed it on Jan 23 I didnt hear back from him although he told me someone would be out by the 23rd to measure. No one showed up so the I patiently waited for the entire next week. I called the office the next week and no one answered. Well this made me nervous since he had my money and was a no show now no answer at his office. I left him a message that I would be cancelling the check if I did not hear back from him. Well that got a response from him and he had an attitude with me. Told me his office girl was sick and he never stated he would send someone out to measure that week. He talks ALOT and kept talking over me after I let him give me his excuses. So I started talking over him and an argument ensued so he said he would cancel the contract. That was PERFECT for me. He even bragged how when he came to my house he took the time to "TEACH" me how to run my video equipment. I never asked him for the advice and he took up a lot of me time running his mouth and when I was just wanting to get him out of there. He did the same "I know it all" advice when he came out for the house windows. Cancelling the contract was the best move for me since I saved $600 by having the same guy who put the screened in room in initially install the windows. Be cautious with this guy. He has a horrible attitude and like others said his customer service is terrible. Read his reviews and see how he responds to the negative ones.
