So, additionally, I found out that 3-D "logo" is linked to another Dental Group near Belle Haven, VA (or New Alexandria as it is now called) near the Belle Haven Golf course which actually performed an extensive and EXPENSIVE root canal with two teeth being crowned, lower one SNAPPED off.. and that cost me 10,000K yes you read that right. She kept saying I need your member number and I explained nothing had changed other than the plan being COBRA now and I needed to give her this number. I found out what closing out the claim meant. They just sent me a bill to pay the balance . That balance is the responsibility of my insurer. Critical Issues Faced:Severe Pain Management Neglect: During a single session, they extracted all of my teeth and placed four titanium posts in both my upper and lower jaws. They refused to prescribe any pain medication, instructing me to use only Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Because of my history with decaying teeth, I have a high tolerance to over-the-counter pain relievers. Even my primary care physician was shocked by their refusal to manage post-surgery pain and stepped in to help.Unprofessional Staff: One of the staff members was repeatedly dismissive and exhibited a highly snippy attitude when I raised concerns.Failed Restoration & Poor Bite Alignment: I specifically asked them to fix my bite before leaving. I think I have an infection in all the molars they filled. After seeing so many bad reviews for this clinic, I'm going to file a formal complaint/lawsuit against them because I don't think they should be allowed to keep practicing if they don't know what they're doing. It seems like this clinic is more interested in draining insurance money than ensuring your oral health. I do not recommend coming here; there are plenty of other clinics. I came here thinking it was a good place because I saw some positive reviews, but please--go somewhere else. I absolutely regret ever coming to this clinic. They charged over $6,000--which the insurance paid--but honestly, I would have preferred to pay nothing at all. Stay away from this clinic; don't make the mistake of letting them touch your teeth.
