Every time I went they sent me to another doctor to get more tests done. Orthodontist, periodontist, endodontist?, etc.. and never solved anything. It's beyond frustrating to put your trust in a new medical professional and then feel like you're oversold for them to make a profit from either the insurance company or the patient individually.

They really pushed to get me back in asap because it was 'urgent', but the earliest I could make was 11/5/25. Day of, my appointment was for 11am but I didn't leave till after 3pm. It was such an awful experience. I kept having to answer the same questions about previous dental work to different dentists and assistants, even though I've been a patient for 6+ years. Once the old fillings were removed, an x-ray was taken. They found a new cracked tooth and said I needed a third crown. How did they miss a cracked tooth during my cleaning a week prior? Then they tried to upsell me on crown lengthening, which Dr. Townes has never done on my previous crowns. On top of that, was told my insurance might not cover the cost of the crowns if they submit the crown lengthening to insurance so I would likely pay out of pocket for either the crowns or the crowning lengthening. If I didn't have two gaping holes in my mouth, I would have walked out at this point. Told them no, only do the two crowns. They still sent someone from billing to show me the estimate even after I said no. After all of this chaos, I STILL had to wait for the crowns to be made and didn't get the crown lengthening procedure. These same day crowns are not convenient as claimed! They have a gritty texture feel like temporary crowns. Would give zero stars if I could.

The staff was very friendly and was very warm and welcoming. Once taken back to the servicing area it looked a bit thrown together. Not like a normal enclosed room with professional tools but I was ok with that as long as the service was good. The hygienist was very kind.But upon beginning, my cleaning, I noticed very little professional tools were used that I was used to seeing in a dentist office. She barely cleaned much with any tools. Basically cleaned my teeth with a small pick for just a moment or two. Then flossing was done. They immediately put me in for xrays to see what my teeth were like. That was expected. But then they went into sales mode and were pushing me to replace multiple teeth with implants. I was shocked. I take good care of my teeth and didn't expect that at all. They pushed for me to fill out applications to purchase the procedure and I did foolishly. Anyway, then I mentioned i was interested in teeth whitening. They had that too and submitted a ticket for $800 for trays. I don't know why i signed for that but I did. Just felt pressured and I folded. Anyway after leaving I had buyers remorse and I called them back a few days later and told them to cancel. They first said ok and then a few days later they called me and told me the trays were ready. I asked them to cancel. They ended up returning $400 but refused to return all of it. Not only were they twice the price of anyone within fifty miles, I lost $400 dollars and the trays. Lesson learned. Anyway, I would not recommend this place at all. Paper work has been easy and straightforward, with little effort on my part. I love my hygienist Priscilla! She is gentle, but efficient, and minimizes the questions she asks while cleaning. No awkward figuring out how to talk! You should definitely ask for Priscilla, she's awesome. Dr. Schantz is great too. While, I've not had and extensive work done, I do get to see her at every visit. Each encounter with her is pleasant and leaves me with clear direction on how to keep up my teeth. You should try CNS! I'm completely satisfied and plan to stay with this practice for the foreseeable future.

No explanation of why or what services I never paid for (they collect payment before they do the service every time). I called the number the email they told me to on the email, and it said it wasnt in service and to call the main number. I call the main number and they said they are just messengers and cant help me and they needed to i needed to call the billing dept. and gave they gave me the number that was disconnected. This is place is a racket, please avoid at all costs.
