As a first-time home buyer in Austin, I had the incredible fortune of working with Robin Deshotels as my real estate agent, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Robin's expertise, patience, and genuine care made my home-buying experience smooth, educational, and exciting. Robin's extensive knowledge of the Austin real estate market combined with her understanding of the unique needs of first-time buyers set her apart from the rest. From the very beginning, she took the time to explain the entire home-buying process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Her guidance and support were invaluable as I navigated the unfamiliar territory of purchasing a home. What truly impressed me about Robin was her unwavering patience and dedication. She understood that as a first-time buyer, I had numerous questions and concerns. Robin was always available to address them, providing thorough explanations and guidance. Her ability to simplify complex concepts and terminology made me feel confident in my decision-making. Robin's commitment to finding the perfect home for me was evident in every interaction we had. She took the time to understand my preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements. With her deep knowledge of Austin's neighborhoods, she presented me with a range of options that met my criteria. Her attention to detail ensured that each property we visited had the potential to become my dream home. Throughout the negotiation process, Robin proved to be a skilled advocate for my interests. She skillfully negotiated with sellers, always keeping my best interests in mind. Her strategic approach and knowledge of the market ensured that I secured an excellent deal on my first home. Beyond her expertise as a real estate agent, Robin's genuine care and personalized attention made all the difference. She understood the emotional significance of buying a first home and provided reassurance and support when needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor created a trusting and comfortable environment throughout the entire process. I cannot express enough gratitude for Robin's guidance and expertise as a first-time home buyer in Austin. She is a true professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. If you are a first-time buyer in Austin, I wholeheartedly recommend Robin Deshotels as your real estate agent. She will be your trusted guide in finding the perfect home and making your dreams a reality. Thank you, Robin, for making my first home-buying experience exceptional! read more

My husband and I are relocating to Austin in the next few months, and Meredith Alderson was the person who we put our utmost trust and faith in to find us the perfect home. Words can not describe how much we appreciate all of the help that we have received and continue to receive from Meredith! She is the epitome of incessant dedication, efficiency, professionalism, and work ethic. What's truly admirable is that she wholeheartedly enjoys and loves what she does. These are the exact qualities someone should look for in a real estate agent. From daily agenda packages with scheduled properties to immediate availability to answer questions, Meredith's organizational skills are impeccable; and be assured that she will always have her clients' best interest at heart. Several weeks before our actual visit, she made sure to do a preliminary phone interview to get a sense of what we were looking for, and a follow up call a few days before our trip to confirm our appointment and ease any trepidation we might've been experiencing regarding our home search. From day one upon our arrival, we knew we were in good hands. She spent multiple full days with us showing us homes while giving us an overview of Austin all at the same time. We appreciated that we didn't to have to drive to the properties ourselves considering we were not familiar with Austin. We can't imagine the process to have been any easier, and it is all because of our realtor. Her painstaking attention to detail, remarkable organization and extreme dedication to her work is something that sets her apart. Having a realtor who can put your mind at ease and become in tune with your needs as a home buyer is paramount when relocating to a new city or simply looking for a new home. What is also important is to not feel pressured to commit to anything given the amount of time one has to find a home. Never once did we feel unease working with Meredith. She did find us the perfect home and continues to stay in contact should we need any additional help or advice. Meredith is a truly remarkable and skilled agent who knows her trade very well. She is intelligent, extremely resourceful and always a joy to work with. Without any hesitation, she facilitated assistance and served as a mediator when we experienced a slight delay from the outside party. We can not recommend Meredith and Bramlett Residential Real Estate enough and are immensely lucky to have found such unbelievable help! Clients for life. read more

My husband and I just bought our first home about a month ago and I've been procrastinating writing this review because I knew it'd be hard to concisely summarize how great and easy it was to work with Robin Deshotels. We couldn't have had a better, smoother experience, thanks to her. We are super grateful we found her and we will be recommending her to all our friends and family looking to buy in Austin. Robin is a great communicator and is extremely responsive and professional. We surely weren't her only client during our home-buying experience, but we'd never know that. She is very quick to respond, and we never had to worry about missing out on any opportunities. We had full confidence in her representing us, and she always kept us updated before we even had to ask. She was great at expectation setting and letting us know everything that would be coming down the line, so we didn't miss any deadlines or have any surprises along the way. She was also supremely patient with my litany of first time homebuyer questions. I even realized a couple of times that she took the time to answer questions I had forgotten I had already asked. She could have easily copy-pasted her previous responses, but instead she answered them in a different way, to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. Just a tiny but good example of how thoughtful she is and how much she cares for her clients. She's been in the industry a long time and is an Austin native, so she's very well connected and has excellent contacts for competitive, easy to work with lenders, and other vendors you might need. I was legitimately a little sad when the process ended because we enjoyed our time with her so much! It was so nice having a realtor that felt like a trusted friend throughout a daunting and potentially stressful process. You want to jive with your realtor since you'll be spending a lot of time with them, and Robin is so easy to be around. She's kind, funny, without pushy sales vibes, and respectful in giving you space to make the best decision for you. She's warm and personable, and without the "over-the-top" energy that I personally find draining to be around for long periods of time. My dad also got to meet her briefly during our inspection and he was very impressed with her and he's a hard man to impress. We can't recommend Robin enough and we'll be using her again for any future moves! read more

Simon Vand helped us buy our first home during a very chaotic time in the Austin market. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a home in the Austin area. Simon is knowledgeable about every market we looked in, about negotiating with different types of sellers, picking mortgage brokers, and also house quality and integrity. While we looked at properties, he helped us understand potential issues and red flags. He learned our needs and preferences very quickly which really helped get us in the right area and the right type of house; he knew we had found our dream house as soon as I did! I was always really impressed by how much respect he showed for every house we visited, making sure we left them exactly as we found them, every window and door locked, every fan and light switched off, no footprints or smudges anywhere. Simon is an honest agent even when he could benefit from leaving out details or letting us get carried away with high offers. He was respectful of our financial situation and never, ever pressured us to offer more than what we were comfortable with. Simon helped us write competitive offers in many parts of town and his suggestions helped us buy our house without going over other offers. Even on losing offers, we were never discouraged because we were sure that when the right place came along, Simon could help us land it. He helped us understand every part of every offer we wrote and consulted us on absolutely every decision, even when there were "standard" ways to do things. He was always very clear about our rights as home buyers and all options available to us. He always respected the seller's agent positions and communicated with them honestly while advocating for us 100%. Simon was always available to answer questions quickly and made himself available around our schedule to show us properties. We knew of course that he had other clients but always, always, made us feel that we were his top priority. When he went out of town for a week, he was still available for questions and he set us up with a fellow agent, Tyson, who was also really great about showing us houses quickly. With Simon's help, we closed our house a week before we expected to in a time when buyers were missing closing deadlines left and right. We will call Simon again in the future if we ever list our house or want to buy another property, no question. read more

Choose Linda Baddour for experience you can trust! When deciding to sell our house, I contacted Linda as she was a friend of mine and a realtor. Even if I hadn't known her personally, I couldn't have chosen a better agent to handle our home sale from start to finish! In our first phone conversation, she outlined this unfamiliar process and walked us through next steps to prepare our house for sale. We met her at the house to walk through it together, and she detailed action items for us to handle in preparing the house. Her careful eye for detail helped us see things we had not noticed, and she went out of her way to arrange for some things to be done that we didn't have time to do ourselves, even hiring these contractors at her own expense (mulch and power washing, complete staging of the home to add visual appeal). Always responsive and quick to answer our questions, Linda informed us of all documents we needed to prepare for the sale; everything was easy to review and sign digitally. She is also a certified CPA and advised us on best practices relating to tax and finance. As our liaison between the title company, potential buyer's agents, and others, we fully trusted Linda to handle every detail with care. Bramlett Residential consistently studies trends in the housing market, and Linda helped us settle on an asking price that would bring in the most buyers while selling quickly in a competitive market. When our house went "live", she posted signs, hosted open houses, and advertised our property on realtors' social media to bring the most viewers. At the close of the sale, Linda went over all offers with us in detail, helping us understand the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision. She coordinated with the buyer's agent to handle everything, including negotiations from the inspection. Linda went above and beyond, even readying a backup offer if the first one fell through for any reason (thus preventing the house from going back on the market and being viewed as less desirable). We were excited to meet Linda once more at closing, where we thanked her for her careful attention in selling our home. We are thrilled it sold for a competitive price so quickly, and we highly recommend Linda Baddour to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Austin area! read more

Much like what seemed like the rest of the greater Austin area, my husband and I started looking to purchase a new home at the beginning of January 2021. After spending a year in lockdown in a windowless, run-down apartment, we were determined to take the leap and finally get our own space. We didn't have any real idea of how this process worked but we did have a little bit of money and some friends who had just completed the home-buying experience. Upon asking them for tips and advice, they couldn't stop beaming about the realtor they worked alongside and provided us with Lauren's contact information. What followed was a year-long's journey navigating an incredibly overwhelming Austin market during a pandemic and with a supply-chain shortage of labor, lumber, lights, and literally everything else. We started optimistically and while Lauren matched and often exceeded our optimism, she also brought a healthy dose of grounded realism to the experience and always provided options. Here's the thing about Lauren: she is incredibly passionate about the industry in which she works and her knowledge is astounding. My husband and I both trusted her advice and guidance almost immediately after being wildly impressed with our first phone call. Further, she is just an absolute joy of a person and someone with whom we found easy to speak honestly. Lauren knows her stuff and tosses out stats, facts, and homeowner tips so casually and frequently it's impressive. Throughout the entire experience, we felt supported and genuinely cared for. I could continue praising Lauren's professionalism and knowledgeability for days so I'm going to highlight one more aspect of the entire experience in which Lauren was absolutely exceptional: communication. For a full year - Lauren was in constant communication with guidance, metrics, and updates. Having her copied on all of our emails with the builder really made me feel confident that we were going to get the best product possible. Lauren advocated for us in every way and we will be forever grateful that she helped us land a gorgeous new home. More-so, as she's made herself available, I'm excited to continue to have her guidance and friendship as we grow into our home. 10 out of 10. Would recommend highly! read more

I just had a fantastic experience selling my house. Bailey Moran was my agent and she was just WONDERFUL. I think it's easy for a professional to be wonderful when everything goes as planned but it is far more telling how excellent they are when things go wrong. First of all, I am a first time home seller and was completely unfamiliar with the process. Bailey did much more than answering my questions, because I didn't even know what questions to ask. She provided such thorough information in our initial consult I felt like I had an excellent grasp on the process. She provided a stager...free of charge!...who came out and gave me a complete plan on what to do to prepare my house for showings. I followed their suggestions and the offers I got on my home were staggering...so much more than I had hoped. Here's where things went wrong and Bailey really showed what a fantastic agent does. My home went under contract right when we had a huge winter storm here in Texas. I'm a nurse and I ended up being stuck at my hospital four days straight. When I was finally able to get back home I found my pipes had burst and the house was flooded. I really couldn't imagine a worse thing to have happened. The floors, baseboards and all the doors had to be torn out. There were over 30,000 claims in Austin alone, so there was a huge wait for plumbers, contractors etc...and I was supposed to be closing in two weeks! Bailey worked magic with the buyers, their realtor and even the mitigation team that dried and repaired my house... she got them to create new contracts to transfer warranties to the new buyers, she checked in with me regularly to make sure *I* was doing okay, because she knew how stressed I was. She was so reassuring and...she just handled everything. She got the closing postponed and when I finally got the repairs completed the closing went off without a hitch. She made what should have been an incredibly stressful experience SOOOO much better! I feel incredibly lucky she was my agent. And did I mention the actual sales process was so easy and she got FAR FAR more for my house than I would have ever expected? I did, but it's worth repeating. My house was only on the market for one weekend. She is simply the best. read more

My wife and I, somewhat on a whim, decided to start looking into options of building a home out of state, and the Austin area is where we ended up honing our search. A Yelp search for Austin realtors brought up highly rated Bramlett Residential, and a handful of other highly rated real estate firms that I ended up reaching out to so that we could recruit a realtor to teach us a bit more about the Austin area, and to help us figure out where around Austin we wanted to narrow our search. Craig McGuire from Bramlett was the first to reach out to me - within 30 mins of submitting my online inquiry, Craig reached out to me via phone to introduce himself and to gather some information about what it was my wife and I were looking for. From there, the rest is history. The most nerve wracking aspect of this process was the fact that we were out of state buyers looking to build a home in an area that my wife and I were not familiar with. On top of that, once we settled on a location, my wife & I would rarely be present during the build process. We cannot thank Craig enough for the all of his help and insight he provided us throughout the nearly 9 months of working with us. Craig made the entire process easy, and left us with much less stress than we had anticipated we'd be faced with. Craig was always willing to text, talk via phone, conduct FaceTime sessions, etc. so that we had the information we needed, to answer our questions, to walk us through the home as the build progressed, and to act as someone that gave us general guidance at any point in the process. Another thing I appreciated about Craig was his non-real estate background and what that brought to the table. Craig's personal background in both construction and lending were also extremely valuable and insightful throughout the process, and helps to shape Craig's overall value as a realtor. We were never pressured with Craig - he always wanted to make sure we were as informed as possible before making any decision. We couldn't be more pleased with Craig and what he offered us during our 9 month build process. Whether an in-state buyer, or an out-of-state buyer, I'd recommend Craig McGuire & Bramlett Residential to anyone, without question. read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Robin Deshotels, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her outstanding service and expertise as a real estate agent. From the moment we started working with her, I knew I was in capable hands. Robin possesses an unparalleled level of professionalism and knowledge in the real estate industry. Her experience and understanding of the local Austin market were evident throughout the entire buying process. She took the time to truly listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that every property she showed me matched my criteria perfectly. What sets Robin apart from other agents is her dedication to providing exceptional customer service. She consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and promptly answered all my questions and concerns. Her responsiveness and clear communication were invaluable in keeping me informed and involved at every step. Throughout the negotiation process, Robin's negotiation skills were truly impressive. She represented my interests with unwavering commitment and ensured that I secured the best possible deal. Her strategic approach and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was making informed decisions. Not only did Robin guide me through the purchase process seamlessly, but she also provided valuable insights on the local community and market trends. Robin's dedication did not end with the successful purchase of my dream home. She continued to provide support and assistance, even after the closing. Her commitment to her clients' satisfaction is truly remarkable and reflects her genuine passion for her work. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Robin as a real estate agent. Her professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service is unmatched. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated agent in Austin and the surrounding area, Robin is the one you can trust to make your real estate dreams come true. Thank you, Robin, for your incredible support and guidance throughout the entire process! read more

Realtor Amy Bell was AMAZING! We truly could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the process of finding and buying our home. From the very beginning, Amy was incredibly intuitive. She listened carefully to my wife and me, quickly picked up on what we liked, what we didn't like, and what really mattered to us -- sometimes even before we could fully articulate it ourselves. As we looked at houses, she became better and better at understanding exactly what we were searching for. But what impressed us most about Amy was how completely un-pushy she was. We never felt like she was trying to "sell" us a house or steer us toward a decision just so she could close a deal. Quite the opposite. She was extraordinarily patient and genuinely seemed to have our best interests at heart. If a house wasn't right, she was perfectly happy to move on to the next one. There was never any pressure, never any sense that we were taking too long, and never a moment when we felt that earning a commission was driving her advice. Instead, Amy made us feel like we had a true partner by our side -- someone willing to show us as many houses as it took and spend as much time as necessary until we found the home that was genuinely right for us. That kind of patience and integrity is rare, and it gave us tremendous confidence throughout the process. And then, when we finally found the right house and it was time to negotiate, Amy was OUTSTANDING. She knew when to push, how to communicate, and how to protect our interests while keeping the transaction moving forward. Her judgment and instincts during the negotiation process were exceptional, and we were incredibly grateful to have her representing us. We have worked with a number of realtors over the years, and Amy is simply the best realtor we have ever encountered. She combines warmth, patience, intuition, integrity, professionalism, and excellent negotiating skills -- everything you could possibly want in someone representing you in such an important decision. We recommend Amy Bell without hesitation. If we could give her more than five stars, we absolutely would. AMAZING! read more

Meredith Alderson was our realtor. Here's our story....When we first met her we came through Texas on our way back home from a road trip to upstate NY. While we were in Austin, she took a day and showed us a bunch of the houses that were available just so we'd have an idea of what was out here. Back in upstate NY, she helped us get a house rental for the first year we were here. She went to the rental house, inspected it for us, and connected with us through Skype so she could visually walk us through the home. That was impressive. Then a year later, she helped us find the home we ended up buying. She is caring, patient (she was never pushy about us getting a house), and was all around a great realtor. The only issues I had with her was how busy she was and her recommendations for a mortgage loan. She's so good that she has a lot of clients and with that comes the issue of her time being stretched out amongst all the people she's working with. So there were times we had to wait to get an answer from her, to set up times to go see homes, or to get into the house once our offer was accepted, etc. It was never anything horrible but just a little annoyance. The other thing was her recommendations for mortgage lenders. We did a lot of shopping around for a loan and the people she recommended had closing cost fees that were really high. We ended up going with an online lender whose fees were almost non-existent and if we would have gone with her recommendation, we would have been out a few grand. I just think as a realtor you really need to have good people to recommend for services like mortgage loans, home insurance, home inspections, handymen, contractors, etc. that are cheap and do their job well. Having those would help home buyers that much more. I just felt we didn't get a lot of help with those parts of the process. But like I said, if you're thinking of going with Meredith, do it, she was great, I only had those few issues, but overall she worked her butt off for us, did a great job, and helped us buy our home and for that, we're grateful. read more

This is our second time purchasing a home here in TX. The first time, my family went from living in a 2200' sqft luxury condo apartment in Steiner Ranch to a five year old, huge 3400" sqft home in the Sendero Springs/ Walsh Ranch neighborhood. Our original real estate agent was completely fantastic, she did an amazing job get us the exact location we wanted in the perfect house, despite not knowing the Round Rock area at all. This time around we had time and a global pandemic working against us. I wanted to purchase an even newer home in a new growing suburban hot spot near Paloma Lake, just NE of 35 in Round Rock. We had a huge deadline to find a home because our property management company for our rental home requires 2 months notice to vacate. That and the fact that home hunting during a pandemic isn't easy. I decided to use a real estate agent that knew the Round Rock area, especially Paloma Lake sub-area. Luckily for me, I came across Bramlett Real Estate here on Yelp. The answering service took my info on a Saturday afternoon. In less than an hour I was introduced to the most thoughtful and dedicated real estate agent I have ever met. Her name is Vicki Duran, and she did not stop working for my wife and I until our house closed two days ago. I'm not sure how, but she somehow managed to find us a new home in under a week, recommend a great loan officer and close in less than 30 days, during one of the craziest times in Human history! And never once did we feel on our own. Vicki's confidence, experience, compassion towards us during the whole process was invaluable. She even helped point me towards a great home warranty company and a great interior painter. Now we can have our home exactly how we wanted without going over our budget! I can't say enough good things about Vicki Duran and I know my wife Gloria would agree! We both agree, Vicki was like a part of our family through this process. She always looked out for our best interests at all times and advised us of all of our possible options. She is forever welcome for holiday drinks in our new home! read more

We would absolutely recommend Kristin and Bramlet Residential! Our home buying journey began in June of 2019, passively looking at homes in Austin but unsure of how serious we were. We had just moved from Boston, MA and were still getting settled in Austin, but had a feeling this was where we wanted to lay down roots. As we inquired about a home we received a reply immediately from Kristin. From there, we had our initial meeting, explained to Kristin the area and types of homes that were appealing to us. Kristin listened, took our feedback, gave us some great insights on the market, housing styles and locations and showed us three different styles of homes to get our reaction to each one (very insightful!). Unfortunately, since we were in Austin for less than a year, we decided to give ourselves a bit more time. Through the course of the next year Kristin would check in from time to time to see how we were doing. Many realtors would identify that we were not motivated and move on. But not Kristin! She was patient and responsive no matter what. Fast forward to July of 2020. Now just over a year and a half in Austin and we knew this was the place we wanted to be. Once again Kristin was responsive and ready to meet us right away to start looking at homes! We toured multiple houses and she was able to answer any and all questions. Each time she was professional, fully prepared and easy to talk to! When we found our home, she helped us with the offer terms and gave us great coaching throughout the process. Unfortunately, some things fell through and we decided to not move forward. While many realtors may be frustrated with the back and forth, Kristin went above and beyond through the entire process while maintaining a great attitude. Then finally, after much searching, we found the house that we can now call OUR Home! Kristin once again coached us through everything, and was there every step of the way until closing. Thank you Kristin (and Bramlett Residential) - we will definitely be working with you in the future!! read more

I got introduced to Eric when he helped us find our rental apartment a couple years ago. And the experience was so pleasant, that when we were looking to buy a house, we went straight to him. And boy am I glad we did. As a first time home buyer it was important we had a realtor who was both knowledgeable and patient with the several questions we had. Eric gets high points on both. Plus he is not pushy. When we went under contract for a property where the seller was not willing to pay for the repairs, instead of pushing us to pay the extra few thousand for repairs, and be done with his job, Eric recommended that we continue searching for the right property! Initially we had ruled out fixer uppers because of our inexperience. But Eric guided us through that process like the expert he is - I have learned a LOT from him. And its only because of his guidance, that we felt comfortable going ahead with a property that had everything we needed, except it needed a lot of work. He went above and beyond, by helping us make smart/cost effective renovation decisions to ensure we get our money's worth. And I still call him to get his advice - you can clearly see that he genuinely cares about it. He is not afraid of answering specific questions you might have, and won't hide behind "Oh, that's a personal decision you need to make" or "I am not sure how much that would cost". He will tell you his opinion if you ask him nicely :) and that was a HUGE thing for us as first time buyers. The house we liked received 7 offers, and one of the reasons we got the house was because we had Eric on our side. Here is a direct quote from the listing agent's email informing Eric we got the house: "The seller has decided to go with your buyers because ..... we liked your professionalism in winning this contract for your buyers". He is bloody good at what he does! Goes without saying that I will be looking to him for help with any future real estate transactions. read more

They say the market is so hot right now in Austin that you need to be prepared to write many offers and be prepared to get your offer beat out. I have had friends tell me they have made 30+ offers and are still looking. That is not the case with Shaun and the team at Eric Bramlett Residential Real Estate. We went and saw three homes over two weekends. We found one that we absolutely fell for but didn't want to get to attached to it for fear of getting beaten out. Shaun helped us quickly move and place our offer on the home. He guided us to make a competitive offer and then he took it from there. We made our offer the same day the listing came on the market. He positioned the offer as super competitive to the listing agent and was able to get the listing agent to take the house off the market before the Saturday open house. This helped us limit the competitiveness of competing with multiple bids and getting in a bidding war. We used our option period to quickly run through all the inspectors. Being from out of town Shaun handled all of this. He even found a plumber to come out and inspect our plumbing even though everyone says plumbers are booked solid still dealing with the fallout from the ice storm back a few weeks ago. Also, because we locked the house down so quickly without other offers, we could get the concessions we were looking for after the inspections came back. We actually have a friend who was already under contract to buy their dream home when we engaged Shaun to help us find ours. We found and closed on our house before she has been able to complete her transaction. There are plenty of agents to pick from but if you want the best and to get the home you truly desire the option is clear. You need to go with Shaun. Last thing to note working with Shaun. He is super laid back and you will never feel pressure from him. He uses that pressure on the counterparty to your advantage. read more

This is my fourth...yes, my fourth real estate transaction with Tara McGuire! I've used Tara to buy and sell our family home, and then again for investment properties. Buying and/or selling a home today in Austin, TX can be very overwhelming, as this city is in such high demand and the desire for homes are outweighing the supply. Tara has been in Austin and in the real estate industry for over 20 years, so she is not only a top agent in Austin, she's a local! There was never a question I had to ask because it was already answered. She simplified every complication, minimized every major detail and ensured that every base was covered. One of her greatest qualities is that she is far more than just an agent to her clients. She's honest and goes above and beyond her role as a sales representative to ensure her clients are making sound decisions. She truly gets to know her clients and works tirelessly to find the perfect fit for their family. Client's that work with her don't just thank her and move on; they continue to have a longstanding relationship that includes forever having her in your corner for advice on any and everything Austin. She's the definition of your superhero! Buying or selling is such an emotionally fragile time and Tara will hold your hand through it all. She will be your suit of armor and go to bat for you all through the county. Tara will continue working with you until you have exactly what you desire, while honestly telling you what you can and cannot afford, should do, shouldn't do, need to do, etc. Home buying and selling is a stressful but exciting time and can make some people (like me) turn into a crazy person, but Tara will keep you calm and positive. Most importantly, she always works her magic and somehow, someway, she makes every part of the entire transaction perfect and you end up with way more than you wanted! read more

Vicki Duran was our realtor. We feel very fortunate that we picked Vicki for our search. Here is our story, we were out of state home buyers and were house hunting an investment home in Austin TX. It is a very challenging task to find a good property without having any prior knowledge about the market conditions, city, neighborhoods and schools. But Vicki made it so incredibly easy for my wife and I to find a suitable property. She is very warm, calm and patient and really listens and understands your view points and priorities. She is extremely efficient, knowledgeable about the market, and very honest with her advice. You can trust her on the feedback she gives about each property. We shared countless emails and phone conversations prior traveling to Austin and later spend a total three full days with her, visiting 20 to 25 different properties all around Austin. She planned our schedule to visit each property, lining up a precise list of properties. She even handed us printed pics and details about each property we visited beforehand. She scouted every property and provided correct property details and information about the neighborhood, schools and surrounding areas. This helped us a lot to filter out properties, as she provided feedback on each property along with their pros n cons, taking away all our stress and making it a very easy decision for us at the end. We were very impressed by the way she handled each appointment to all the properties on the list. She also recommended us a great lender and a terrific property manager to manage the property for us. Since we closed the house remotely, Vicki took care of a number of significant tasks on our behalf, we would have otherwise had to fly out to Austin again to do those. We HIGHLY RECOMEND Vicki to anyone else looking for a realtor in Austin!... read more

If you are looking for an excellent realtor in Austin area, don't look any further ... Eric is the one! Period !! He has all you wish to see in a great realtor. A friend of mine who had a successful experience with Eric recommended him to me. I had no experience in real estate as I was about to buy my first home. So I was very unsure about the right direction but with Eric's help, I soon began to learn about my options. He is extremely knowledgeable about Austin real estate so you can totally rely on him and feel safe and confident. He knows Austin's market extremely well. It took me about three months to find the house I like. During the course of these three months, Eric worked patiently with me and went out of his way to make sure I'll find the house that I can call it my home. He provides a truly personalized service and he doesn't treat you as just another client. He develops a feeling of who you are and what you need first before providing you with his suggestions. He was very prompt on phone and e-mail. The MLS website he setup for me was really helpful and in fact I found my house on his list. The entire process went very smoothly due to Eric's excellent guidance and referrals and my first home buying experience turned out to be a pleasant one. Apart from his expertise in real estate, he is a great guy and it is always fun to talk to him or meet him. At some point I felt like he was my family member and it is a true impression that you will get from him and he is not faking it at all. He is so real. I am looking forward to having him as a great friend and my real estate and home improvement consultant. And make sure to utilize his vast network of contractors, loan officers, designers, inspectors, etc. He is a rock star in Austin's real estate. Take my word for it. You won't regret it. read more

Working with Josh Lopez was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a very specific list of requirements that we weren't sure we could fulfill, especially while staying within our budget. One of our biggest priorities was finding a home with two guest bedrooms on the ground floor so we could comfortably accommodate my elderly parents. We also wanted to live in a neighborhood with Google Fiber access. Josh took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly patient, proactive, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Thanks to his deep understanding of the local market and dedication to our needs, he found a home that checked every single box--including the two downstairs guest rooms and high-speed Google Fiber--while keeping us comfortably within budget. What made the experience even better was that Josh also helped us rent out our previous home. We had purchased that property during the COVID era and locked in an exceptionally low interest rate, so selling it wasn't something we wanted to consider. Josh helped us prepare and market the property, and it was rented out in less than a week. That allowed us to keep a valuable asset while making a smooth transition into our new home. Throughout the home-buying, rental, negotiation, and closing processes, Josh's expertise and responsiveness consistently stood out. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered our questions promptly, and navigated every challenge with professionalism and confidence. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated real estate agent. Whether you're buying a home, selling one, or looking for help finding tenants, Josh is someone you can trust to deliver outstanding results. read more
